Kits. What to do with them...(Moonshadow, open)

Mossflower stood up and stretched her long legs. She watched Ivykit scamper back to Moonshadow and start pawing the cat's tail. Mossflower smiled at them and tilted her head.

MoonShadow blinked, glancing at the kit. She smiled, and purred.

Her tail tip twitched slightly, to let the kit paw at it even more. She looked at MossFlower, and nodded, as in an apology for her awful behavior.

Mossflower looked at Moonshadow and Ivykit. "I'm sorry for being so rude. I mean, it's my first time being a queen and I just felt bad that my kit thought I was boring," she mewled, her voice quiet.

MoonShadow shook her head, and looked at her paws.

"It's normal.. it's what kits do, and say."

She smiled, looking at MossFlower.

Mossflower looked around the camp. "I'm going to get some fresh-kill. I'll be right back." Her voice remained quiet the whole time and she walked towards the fresh-kill pile. Once she reached it, she grabbed whatever she saw first and walked back to Moonshadow. She looked down at the mouse she had gotten and took a bite.

She merely nodded, and stared at her paws. She still felt it was her fault that all of it was caused, which she felt ashamed because of that.

She heard her come back, smelling the scent of mouse in her nostrils. She noticed that she was hungry, but she didn't feel like it, it was only shown by her stomach growling.

Mossflower heard Moonshadow's stomach growl. "Do you want me to get you something?" she whispered, tilting her head. Ivykit sat down in front of Moonshadow and began playing with the moss ball she had found earlier.

MoonShadow smiled, and glanced at MossFlower.

"No thank you, I'm not really hungry."

Of course, after she said that, her stomach growled. She sighed, looking over at Ivykit, and purred.

Mossflower threw a sharp look at Moonshadow. "Don't lie to me. I'll get you something." She stood up and walked to the fresh-kill pile, grabbing a mouse and walked back. She tossed it to Moonshadow and began to play with Ivykit.

MoonShadow stared at her paws, seeing a mouse fly her way. She ignored it, and just paw'd it once or twice.

"No, really, I'm not."

She sighed, and scuffled her paws.

Mossflower looked at her. "Eat it, please. Don't waste it," she meowed, turning to the side a bit. Ivykit smiled at Moonshadow and pawed the mouse. She tilted her head and twitched her ears. She sat next to Moonshadow and looked at her paws.

MoonShadow looked at the mouse, then at MossFlower.

"Is it okay if Ivykit shares it with me?"

She really didn't feel hungry, but her stomach denied her. She looked at Ivykit and smiled softly.

Mossflower smiled. "As long as Ivykit is okay with it," she meowed, casting a glance at Ivykit. The kit tilted her head and looked at Moonshadow. "Ok, I'll share with you!" Ivykit yowled and nudged the mouse toward Moonshadow.

MoonShadow merely nodded, and smiled down at Ivykit. She purred softly, and took one little bite, and paw'd it in Ivykit's direction.

She smiled at Ivykit still.

"Great!"

Ivykit smiled back at Moonshadow. She leaned down and took a small bite. She purred. "Yum!" she yowled. Mossflower purred in amusement. She smiled at her kit and Moonshadow and looked at her own mouse. She took a bite and watched Ivykit.
