Miracle's Fur on Moon's Spirit

NeedleHeart rose, staring down at the tom. She could see how much pain he was in, which she enjoyed that.

She limped over to Ice, and stared at the confused black and white tom.

Her tail swished, and ran down the kit's flank.

"Good, it will soothe you." she purred to Foxstar. She saw her mate hurt, her claws twitched and she jumped, pushing him over and trying to pull the kit off.

Look At My Eyes

A sense of pride rose in his chest at Needleheart's praise. Maybe he wasn't worthless after all. But he had been distracted- Ice had not expected Moonspirit to come at him. He let out a squeal as he was knocked to the ground, the world spinning around him as he lost focus. His thoughts pulsed loudly in his ears as he hit the earth, hard, and crumpled.

Badgerpaw was on his feet, but he couldn't see out of his left eye. Blood had seeped in, and while the eye below was still intact for the moment, it burned. Just ignore it. Focus. Amber eye gleaming with fury, he glanced first to check on Moonspirit, who seemed to be holding her own, then turned back to Needleheart. "You're the one who brought all this trouble," he growled, then bowled himself into the she-cat.

For A Chance

Moonspirit dragged the kit away, "Stay here." She couldn't hurt a kit! She turned back to her leader and added some Marigold to the wound.

Ice clenched his jaws as he lay there, a throbbing pain in his flank. No claws or fangs had touched him, but the throw had been enough on his small body to cause him pain. His blue eyes clamped shut as a wave of fear came over him. He was realizing that he was just a kit trying to fight of grown cats, and he was just going to get himself killed. Needleheart!

This time, the she-cat was ready for the tom. At the right moment, she pushed the three of her legs to the ground, and leaped upward.

Hopefully, by the way the tom was moving, he would of bowled into air below her, sending her paws on his open back.

If so, she would latch on, her claws sinking deep into the tom's fur and flesh.

"I merely came for MiracleFur, but your leader attacked."

She hissed, her eyes soon flickering over to Ice. Her ears flickered, as in a way of asking if he was okay.

Our Vanity

Badgerpaw hissed in pain as he felt claws dig into his back. Fox dung! Stopped in midair by the she-cat's force, the large apprentice's leap was halted, and he began to fall flat down on his stomach. If Needleheart had freed her claws and leapt off, he would have just fallen. But if her claws remained in his spine, the weight above him would have caused all breath to leave him in a mighty, chocking gasp.

The Choice He Made

Trembling, he managed to struggle to his paws. He felt light headed and dizzy and sunk his claws into the ground to anchor him to the earth. When he shook his head to clear it, the problems only grew worse. Come on, wake up, he scolded himself. Slowly the ground stopped moving before him, and he was able to retract his claws that had left little holes in the dirt. He glanced to Needleheart, who seemed to be holding her own, but stayed where he was. The kit wasn't sure if he should get more involved in the fight.

Moonspirit whipped her head at her mate, she gasped. She didn't want to bury another clanmate! Not her mate, a tear fell down her cheek.

She provoked, whispering this all in his ear.

Moonspirit couldn't hold it, she launched herself at Needleheart slashing at her flank and clinging onto her so her teeth sunk into her scruff, pulling fiercely.

Badgerpaw was beginning to pant lightly below Needleheart's weight and cringing at the deepening claws. Her taunting words made him angry, but he couldn't move. "Show you," he panted. As Moonspirit tackled the rogue she-cat, he seemed to be revived. He rolled and kicked at Needleheart with his hind legs before jumping back to his paws. The apprentice launched himself at her with Moonspirit, biting into her pelt while clawing at her face.

To Kill On Command

NeedleHeart laid there, struggling. She couldn't break free of two cats.

"See.. WindClan cats can't fight their own fights.."

She hissed, her fur soon dying itstelf in her own blood. The pain was starting to over-whelm her, but she struggled on. She needed to be free. She needed to show strength, she needed to..

All of a sudden, MiracleFur raised her voice loudly.

"Stop it! Stop it right now!"

It was so loud that SpottedTail had to poke her head out to see what was gonig on. It was so loud that FoxStar looked at her alarmed.

MiracleFur was not liking any of this fightning nonsense.

When We Start

Badgerpaw's ears pricked in alarm at Miraclefur's call, then looked down at Needleheart. He snarled in disgust, seeing her laying there covered in blood, unable to fight back against both of their claws. His tail lashed out behind him. "Come on, Moonspirit. Just leave her." The black and white tom turned around and padded over to Foxstar, sitting down near her. He was done fighting these intruders- unless the rogues kept fighting. Then he would have no quarrel to fight back. But as he sat there, he remembered his burning eye. The blood swelled up around it was beginning to drip down, off his face, turning the ground a dark scarlet. He wiped at it with his paw, getting his white fur matted with the stuff.

MiracleFur stomped over to MoonSprit, not even letting her get off of NeedleHeart herself.

Instead, MiracleFur grabbed her by the scruff, and forcefully pulled her off, attempting to throw her over by BadgerPaw and FoxStar.

"MoonSpirit. Give me cobwebs. Now, actually, no, BadgerPaw can get them. He's fine."

She hissed with disgust, her eyes staring at NeedleHeart.

Badgerpaw hissed, leaping over to where Moonspirit lay. "Hey! What was that for?" He glared angrily at Miraclefur before looking down at Moonspirit. He wanted to nuzzle her, to lick her cheek, comfort her, but he knew he couldn't in front of all these cats. He glared back at the medicine cat, the heat of battle threatening to come back. "Why don't you get it, rogue? You're the one Needleheart came here for. Take responsibility for your mistake."
