The she-cat was sitting in place, watching the leader. She was thinking things over, which seemed like forever. Her pads were still itching for a fight, but she soon stood up.

"I'll sleep by the hollow tree, if you don't mind."

She quivered her whiskers. Oh, yes, she liked to sleep in hollowed trees, at least, sometimes.

"Good, now get out of here." she hissed, "Tell Littlewhisker and Spottedsky to get you a nest ready. You can join a hunting patrol tomorrow," she turned to Stormstrike. "You can manage that right?" she nodded.

NeedleHeart looked over her shoulder at FireStar, her brown eyes flashing with anger.

"I can get my own nest, I'm not an elder."

She hissed, and padded out, ignoring the hunting patrol order.

Firestar nodded, "Good, Now I need to talk to you three," her tail flicked to Stomestrike, Hawktalon and Snowfeather. "Tomorrow WindClan need to pay for what they have done to us, before they strike us again." she mewed, "I need one cat to arrange the patrols, one to get the queens and kits home, and one to get the attack patrols ready." She nodded, "Stormstrike, you can handle patrols, Hawktalon, take a few Warriors with you in case WindClan is still out there, Snowfeather, get the rest of the Warriors that are not on patrol ready for battle, but I want Needleheart and Ice in it too." she stopped, "Can you all do that for the clan?" she asked.

The white she-cat was rather far from the other three cats, for she didn't feel as if she should be included in the conversation. She was still twitching from the hatred that flowed off of NeedleHeart, it spooked her heart and mind.

She wanted to go after the she-cat, she wanted to slaughter her, but she knew she couldn't. One reason being is Firestar, she wouldn't allow it. She didn't like to disobey, she rather disliked it. The other reason being is that she is just frightened of her. She couldn't bring up the guts to do anything like that, she wanted to, oh ya she did, but that nightmare...

SnowFeather's claws were unsheathed, and scratching upon the ground with her bare claws, forcing little thin claw-streaks on the stone or dirt.

Her ears flicked when her name was mentioned, which made her stop, and glance in their direction. She was confused by this, making her limbs wobble.

She was moving rather slowly over there, the red-tip of her tail twitching. She would always remember Leo for that tail tip of hers, for she chipped it with her claw. She sighed, and looked at Firestar with her purple looking eyes.

"I.. Why me?"

Firestar's tail rested on Snowfeather's shoulders, "Because I trust you, I trust you will always stay loyal and that you can do the job right." she smiled to her, "Like I'd let Needleheart do this? And I want you to lead one of the attack patrols."

Stormstrike watched Needleheart go with a frown, but then looked back to his leader. "Yeah, I understand Firestar. Is that all? I wish to speak with Leap about a few things." He said quietly, dipping his head to her and looking to the exit of her den. So many things were happening and he was more and more busy.

Hawktalon glanced to his mate, rubbing his black pelt against hers comfortingly. "You'll do fine." He said encouragingly, rubbing his cheek against hers before looking to Firestar. "Understood Firestar."

Snowfeather was looking at FireStar, and squeaked.

"There has to be someone else! I'm not cut out for that!"

Her limbs started to shake, and she was getting panicked. How could she do that, when she was so frightened of NeedleHeart?

"You don't understand, HawkTalon!"

She looked at him with big pleading eyes. She edged closer, and whispered;

"Remeber the nightmare..?"

She took a few steps back, and started cowering like a little kit.

"Don't worry, your patrol will consist of the younger warriors, a Back-up patrol if you will. Don't be nervous. I have great faith in you." she smiled kindly to her, "I will have all the senior warriors, apprentices and mentors. At least those who do not go on patrol between then and now." she nodded, "We will leave tonight after Ice's ceremony." she purred.

Leoparclaw watched from a bush near by. When he saw Firestar his heart fluttered with a deep love. He crept closer and closer as he heard what they were talking about. He slid into the shadows and sat there waiting and watching.
