Tigerstorm shook his head lightly, speaking through her fur. "Can't, Spottedstar's orders. Besides, you ordered me too and we can't let you get hurt on the way to camp. Kits aren't supposed to be out of the nursery without supervison." He said calmly and just kept going to camp, ears flattening at the squeal.

Spottedstar watched, amused, then shrugged. "If Flora is as tough a kit as she claims, she should be able to get to camp on four paws." This was the way to assess a young cat in her mind. Let them have a bit of freedom, and see how far they can go, what their capabilities are, how far they could be stretched. If Flora was going to be among her Clan for a time at least, she would need to be able to watch her own paws.

Flora hissed at TigerStorm, and looked at SpottedStar.

"I can look after myself! I escaped from being kidnapped on my own, well my sister was with me, but if she didn't come, she was going to tell!"

Tigerstorm glanced over to Spottedstar, ears flickering to show he heard her and understood. He grimaced, ignoring Flora as he placed her down, not as gently as before. "Fine then, go ahead. Just try to keep up." He said gruffily, shaking his head and grimacing as he continued towards camp. If she wanted to be stubborn, so be it. He wouldn't have to deal with her soon anway, she'd be some queens problem...

She stared at the tom, and made a grunt when she hit the ground. She padded beside him, ears flattening against her head. She was getting curious about these cats, mostly about the tom. Why must he follow the she-cat's orders? It made no sense.

"What do you do? I mean, really, what do you actually do in these.. clans?"

She stared up at TigerStorm, eyes wide with curiousity. She always loved knowledge.

Tigerstorm glanced down to the she-cat, raising a brow curiously. "Hmm...?" He asked, looking down to her. He didn't expect her to ask such an...obvious question. "Well...I'm a warrior. I serve and protect my clan, Shadowclan." He nodded back to Spottedstar. "She's our leader, so she gives us orders and directions on what to do." He said slowly, never having to explain that before. "We hunt and guard our territory. Does that answer your question?"

Her whiskers quivered a bit, and nodded.

"I guess.."

She stared up at him with no more anger, just pure curiousity.

"TigerStorm, is that right? Uh. Could you teach me more, back at the.. camp? Or do you not call it a camp..?"

Tigerstorm frowned, pausing for a minute. "Um....I could..." He glanced towards Spottedstar unsurely, then looked back to her. "Though, you could really learn that from the queens. Since your a kit, you'll be staying more with them in the nursery. I have my duties and responsibilities to do..." He responded awkwardly, looking back ahead as he trailed off.

Tigerstorm glanced back to her, feeling bad to have made her feel so bad. (xD) "Well...6 months. Then Spottedstar will assign you a mentor." He said in response, then shrugs. "A-and I may find some time to answer some more of your questions..." He said softly, feeling his skin heat up under his fur as he looked down at his paws. Why was he getting so soft around this kit?

"I'm at least 5 months! I know that! I think.. around there, maybe a bit less.."

She looked down, then looked back up to the tom.

"I wanna know so much! I wanna learn!"

Spottedstar came up next to Tigerstorm, an intreeged smile on her face. She liked this little she-kit. She had spirit and a thirst for knowledge. "Then you'll be training in no time. In the next moon, we can teach you the principals of the Clans and our ways. Then when you're six moons and have a mentor, you will be taught how to hunt and fight as a ShadowClan cat."

The she-cat already could tell that he didn't want to, which made her frown. Her little ears folded back in a droop, and her eyes looked down. Her tail was even dragging against the ground.

"I-i-it's okay if you don't.. want to.. I guess.."

She sighed, sitting down where she was. She didn't look up, sitting there for a few moments.

..Why? Why do I have to be so.. curious.. and wanting to know so much knowledge? Why do I have to be a push-over?
