Oh.. yes. The little munchkin was back. She just couldn't give up! This time, she was closer to camp, her paws adapting to the mud now.

She could almost walk perfectly in it. She had practiced.

Her little eyes scanned around, making sure no cats was around.

Her multi-colored fur didn't help, and she figured that, so she made sure she rubbed her pelt in it. She hated the smell and feel of it, but she ignored it.

She was closer to camp, her eyes narrowed, trying to push on farther and farther, but Flora couldn't do it, since she heard something or someone behind her, which made her freeze.

Spottedstar was coming back toward camp with a frog in her jaws, when she happened to come across a young she-cat. Her amber eyes narrowed in confusion and suspicion. "What are you doing here?" she asked after setting the frog before her forepaws. Her voice was cold, but not exactly severe. The fact that a she-kit covered in mud was struggling through ShadowClan territory was a bit odd.

The kit stared up, her eyes narrowed.

"I can come if I like! I just want to see what clan life really is!"

She hissed.

"I don't want to go back to my family, I hate them! Don't try to stop me either!"

Spottedstar blinked, expressionless. "I never said I would make you. That's your choice and I won't be trying to change it. I am Spottedstar, leader of ShadowClan. Is there something you want?" The she-cat didn't see the young cat as a threat, so she wasn't going to treat her like one.

She openned her jaws to speak, but nothing came out. She looked down, and sighed.

"No.. I just wanted to see what Clan life was like.. if you know.. If I liked it.. or not."

Interesting, she thought to herself. Spottedstar studied the she-cat. She sure had spirit, but the leader didn't know much else. "Perhaps I could help with that. What's your name?"

Her ears flicked a bit, and shook her pelt.

"Name's Flora."

She sighed, and licked her flank.

"What's going on Spottedstar?" A cool, silky voice spoke up as a large tabby tom with darker stripes padded up to the two. His green eyes flickered to the little kit, looking confused. "Who's she?" He asked, tilting his head as he studied her. His demeanor was calm and collected, but this powerful tom was still very respectful to his leader. He stepped forward, nosing the kit gently. "And what's all over her?" He asked, his eyes studying just how small she was. He wasn't used to feeling....so cautious around a cat.

The she-cat spat at the tom.

"I'm Flora!"

When he went to nudge her, she swiped her forepaw across his nose, with claws sheathed.

"Mud! I didn't want to be chased off or anything! So I hid my pelt."

Tigerstorm blinked, surprised by the fiery answer. He stepped back as she hit his nose, wrinkling it and sneezing. "Well, you've certainl got some fire to you, don't you." He said easily, his lips slowly turning into a half smile. "So why are you here, in Shadowclan...." He trailed, off frowning. "Oh, wait, I should introduce myself. I'm Tigerstorm. Now who..." He asked, nudging her with a forepaw this time. "...are you?"

"She just said her name was Flora," Spottedstar mewed, having to resist rolling her eyes. She then looked back to the she-kit. "So you want to know what Clan life is? If you want, Tigerstorm and I could escort you back to ShadowClan camp. I'm not sure how the Clan will react, but I believe you can take care of yourself rather well." The leader was remembering how Starpaw had been taken from them. Perhaps this young cat could make up for him.

She rose her chin high at the two cats.

"Finally someone sees that I can take care of myself!"

She looked at TigerStorm, and arched an invisable eyebrow.

Tigerstorm glanced to Spottedstar, nodding. "If that's okay with you Spottedstar..." He said, trailing off as he looked to the young kit in surprise. Did...did she just order him to escort her? He glanced to Spottedstar with a frown but looked back to the kit as he shrugged his shoulders. "Alright, if that's what you want." He picked her up by the scruff of her neck and started ahead of Spottedstar, knowing Flora wasn't going to like this. This young she-cat had spunk.

Spottedstar twitched her whiskers. There was a thin line between spirit and disrespect that Flora would hopefully learn with any luck while with ShadowClan. She padded after Tigerstorm, keeping an eye on the she-kit from an angle.

When she got held by the scruff, she let out a high-pitch squeal.

"Let me go now!"

She hissed, trying to paw his nose.
