The [Tiger] in the [Pheonix]

Blood was now sprawling over the ground, a trail soon being made. PheonixPaw was literally tearing Clear apart. She swiped a paw at his eyes, which made them bleed, and him screech.

They broke apart, her fur not being touched. No blood, no scratches. She seemed fine.

But with Clear.. poor Clear..

He was practically bald, and now he was blind from his daughter.

"F-Flora.. y-you b-blinded me! I-I can't s-see!"

"Now you will think twice before coming here again!"

She puffed out her chest, and her eyes were glittering with pride.

"Now leave, before I kill you both!"

Clear winced, and slowly limped towards Venus.

Tigerstorm frowned at this exchange between father and daughter, looking away. It was over...but at what cost? They would never be the same, they could have just left peacefully. He padded over to Phoenixpaw, nudging her gently and looking down to her with concern. "Hey...you okay? Phoenixpaw, you..." He trailed off, unsure what to say to her.

Her eyes softened when she looked up at TigerStorm. She didn't know what to tell him anymore. She didn't know how to react. She was unsure of so many things.. Did she do the right thing.

She nudged his shoulder, and winced to herself.

"D-D-Did I do the right thing?"

She wasn't sure if she did. She hated her father and mother, but... somehow.. she felt cold blinding him, if you know what I mean.

"I'm fine.. he didn't touch me.. but.. Did I do the right thing?"

She repeated, her eyes pleading; wanting honesty.

Tigerstorm shook his head, frowning. "Truthfully?.....I don't know what to tell you. It's up to you to decide that." He replied honestly, looking down at her softly. He hesitated before bending down and nuzzling his cheek almost fatherly. "But it'll be okay....trust me."

PheonixPaw nodded, and nuzzled his cheek back in return. She really liked this tom, and she knew now, that she had chosen the right choice:: To stay with ShadowClan.

"You know.. I'm glad that I chose to be here in ShadowClan.."

She winced, but managed to give out a smile to TigerStorm -- her Rolemodel or fatherly figure.

"It's hard not to trust you, TigerStorm."

Brokenpaw let out an excited mew. "That was amazing, Phoenixpaw! You were so fast, he never saw you coming." His amber eyes gleamed as he wiped his tail out behind him. "Sure showed that tom." He glared at the two loners, narrowed eyes filled with contempt. Although he was born loner, he preferred not to acknowledge that part of him. He felt like a Clan cat at least, and wanted to be one so bad. Now he felt no wrong in seeing loners and nothing but troublesome pests.

PheonixPaw looked at BrokenPaw, her ears flickering with unease. She kneaded her paws on the ground, quite nervous.

She looked at her paws for a second, them still kneading at the ground. She then looked back up, and gave BrokenPaw a smile.

Tigerstorm smile, a deep rusty purr rising up from him. "I'm glad you did too, Phoenixpaw." He murmured warmly. He glanced to Brokenpaw, then back to Phoenixpaw. "I think training is called off for today. Go back and get some rest Phoenixpaw, alright? Tomorrow we'll start fresh."

When TigerStorm purred, she couldn't help but to purr back.

"I was thinking that we could go hunting, or maybe... just roam around the borders? If we could, I would like BrokenPaw to come!"

She exclaimed, her eyes open wide with pride and happiness.

We've Go To Move

Brokenpaw smiled as he flicked his tail. "Sounds good to me! Hawkwhisper never takes me out, anyways." He frowned for a moment, wondering where the she-cat spent all of her time, then shook it off. He'd have to find out later if he ever wanted to get some real training in. The tortoiseshell apprentice looked to Tigerstorm eagerly. "So can we go?"

Venus was beside him, She laid beside her mate, licking the blood away. "My poor Clear." she cried in a whisper. She sighed, "It will be all right darling. We are going to go home, Our kits can feed us."

Tigerstorm was pleased by the apprentices and their eagerness. But he couldn't let them go out today, not after what just happened. They would thank him later and he had a feeling Phoenixpaw would be upset later. So he had to decline them, shaking his head. "Sorry you two, nothing today. Back to camp and rest. But, we'll do that tomorrow, count on it okay?" He said, nodding to the two and then turning to pad back into camp.

Crushing My Hopes

Brokenpaw frowned, his shoulders hunching as he sat. Be had been hoping to get out of camp at least for a little while. He sighed as he watched Tigerstorm pad away before looking back at Phoenixpaw. "Well that's just no fun," he grumbled. His tail fell to the ground and brushed the ground as it moved back and forth. "I hate waiting."

PheonixPaw's fur bristled on her shoulders. She wanted to go. She needed the fresh air, at least something.

"TigerStorm! You can see that we are fine! You can just sit down and watch us!"

She plopped down, her eyes staring at the ground.

When Tigerstorm glanced back and saw that Phoenixpaw wasn't following, he frowned and turned to face them. "No Phoenixpaw, I mean it. No training today. Now both of you, back to camp." He said sternly. He knew they were eager to get out but this would affect Phoenixpaw later. When he had first fought a cat, he had dreams about it for days and he could never get sleep. With that, no more discussion flick of the tail, he started towards camp again.
