There was not a worry on Spottedstar's face when she exited her den in the hollow tree. Rather, a proud light burned in her amber eyes and shone brightly in her smile. There would not be any bad news to discuss at this particular Clan meeting. Today would be a big day for five certain apprentices. For one reason or another, they were all in need of mentors, even though they had already been made apprentices previously. Leaf-bare had brought distractions. But that problem was about to be fixed.
Glancing above her head to where the Highbranch loomed, the white and ginger leader turned about and sprang up the trunk, climbing her way up to the branch, and then sitting upon it as she gazed over to camp. Frost glittered here and there- on the dens, over the grass. Leaf-bare was not yet at its worst, but, for now, they could thank StarClan for the time at hand.
Spottedstar then yowled, loud enough so that every cat in ShadowClan could hear. "Let all ShadowClan cats old enough to catch their own prey gather below the Highbranch for a Clan meeting!" Once her jaws were closed once more, the she-cat immediately began looking around the camp for the five cats that she planned to apprentice. Those being Owlpaw, Hollypaw Scarletpaw, Silverpaw and Yarrowpaw. Wouldn't they be excited.

Not long after the voice of their leader rang out through the clearing, two warriors appeared out of their den. First came Mudstripe, the big tabby warrior glancing up to Spottedstar with a fairly interested look in his green eye. He wasn't certain over what this meeting was to be about, but the Clan leader did not look at all upset, so whatever it was couldn't be bad.
As the tabby tom settled in the meeting place below the Highbranch, the second tom appeared out of the warriors den. Sleep seemed to still be holding the tortoiseshell tom by the tail. Brokenflame had spent the morning hunting, and had only managed to return with a frog and frozen paws. So as one could imagine, he wasn't all that eager to come out of the den so soon after, when he had been quite comfortable in his warm, mossy nest. But knowing he had no other choice but to join the rest of the Clan for Spottedstar's news, the warrior gave his fur a quick but fierce shake before making his way over, keeping an amber eye out for Lavenderpelt if he saw her.
(( OOC: I am not sure if the role players of Scarletpaw, Silverpaw, and Yarrowpaw are still active. So for now we'll say that they are, and if they don't respond, they won't be assigned mentors. Also, post below if you would like to mentor! ))
