Spottedstar dipped her head in return. "You have ShadowClan's thanks. May StarClan guide you." A small, confident smile had set in with the knowledge that Clawpaw would finally be trained, and the Clan would be one pawstep closer to being independent once more. With a flick of her ear, the leader then turned to follow after her Clan.

Rainwing shrugged, not looking so happy. "That's my job, medicine cats keep the peace. But I do wish you two would not fight like that. It's suspicious enough, if it's around me.....I'm not supposed to be that way with she-cats Sunpaw. Remember that." He said softly so no one else could hear, glancing to her.

Flairheart, Hazelthorn, Brackenfur, and Sedgetail followed Tanglestar into the clearing. They all picked different positions to sit around the gathering looking around for the different reactions from other clans to the news.

Miragepaw followed Firestar and walked around to the front where the other apprentices were sitting gossiping. She flexed her claws before walking in. Cheetahtail had been behind the crowd and arrived last of the clan. Her just shoulders seemed to carry the problems of the world as she nimbly walked over to the side farthest away from the leaders rock and sat down with a thump.


Patchedfoot had walked in right next to Foxstar and looked uneasily around the clan. Although her mother instincts wanted her to take care of everything she was frustrated that Foxstar did not wish to discuss things before she just did them. She shook her head and went to stand with the deputies while the leader walked up to the rock. She nodded slowly to the other deputies and then looked up at the rock. Her mouth dropped in horror when she heard foxstar tell the rest of the clans. does she have bees in her brain She thought to herself before looking away from the leader. She would have to step up the patrols as soon as she got home. It was only a matter of time before one of the clans took that for granted. what were you thinking!?! she thought desperatly.

Murkpaw quickly walked over to the apprentices and sat down hoping noone noticed how late he was.

Whisperpaw walked in and sat near the elder warriors hoping to hear some good clan gossip.

Hawkwhisper had walked in near the leader. She still approved of Spottedstar's method, finally Shadowclan had a leader with a backbone. She would let the leader remain as long as it was going the way it was. She laughed to herself. Life had been boring with no plots to plan. She sat and waited for the gathering to begin. Awhile after the leader of windclan stood up she heard something interesting. windclan is vulnerable, thank starclan for some action again she thought to herself as she looked at Spottedstar. Although Shadowclan had enough problems of its own at the moment would Spottedstar really allow a chance like this to go by?

SunPaw's eyes clouded with confusion, and depression. She didn't understand. She probably wouldn't ever understand, but that wasn't exactly her problem at the moment.

She gave one more sniff, and stared at the ground.

"F-Fine.."

She took a step back, and dashed after FireStar.

FoxStar looked at PatchedFoot, seeing her reaction, barely. She signalled her tail for PatchedFoot to lead, not wanting to be at the front.
