The design is fairly boring, a basic blue and then a blue banner. If you would want to attract people I would give it a more interesting design.
Perhaps like a tree or something, or a sky, sand nature related. I found it also a bit hard to read the regular member's names against the gray. I would make the member name darker.
...Your affiliate button is huge. Usually sites prefer a button that is 88 x 31 EXACTLY! Not bigger or smaller. I would shrink it a bit.
The word counter was a good idea but you could simply put in a code that makes a word counter in your post and you can only post if people type X amount of words in that specific area. That way you could reinforce your posting template and the side box would shrink a lot more. Also why are you saying "strongly" encourage on clan information bans? Is that exiling cats from the clan or is it about actually banned members. It does not look good on your site because it may get people thinking that they could be banned.
Also what is the difference between admin and staff? Are the staff more like mods? Because an admin is a staffer.
And what is with the anonymous was here section? While it was a good idea so people could look around, it was not the brightest idea, a person could cause a lot of trouble, if people want to see the full benefits then they should join. That is like a "cheating" way to join. People could cyberbully others without members knowing who and it could just be a mess.

This is a review that was given on the support proboards forum about our site.
I would like your opinion on this. Do you feel that the skin needs to be more engaging? Should I remove the word counter? Are the bans confusing? Do i need to be more specific regarding staff? Should I remove the anonymous account?
