RunningPath was so worried, the dream had worried her, then what WhisperTail's brother had told her. Was it the Clan, or WhisperTail? She didn't know. She paced back and forth, with her tail drooping.

She couldn't figure it out! "Ugh, why me?!" Was I so capable stopping these things happen? Or was I just so lucky to get them..?

Whispertail had been hunting think about how dumb he had been. He wouldnt lose Runningpath now. He walked into camp and immediatly saw her. He dropped his prey and then rethought about it and picked up two mice be padding over to Runningpath. "Hey missy" He joked and touched her tail with his.

RunningPath stopped pacing, Whispertail's scent flooding her nostrils. She purred, sitting down. She noticed the two mice, "Is one of those mice for me?" She asked in a joking tone. I need to convince WhisperTail not to go, and that I should go instead..It'd be better..

She looked at him, her eyes softening. "You aren't going to join LurkClan, are you?" She asked, concern in her voice.

Whispertail sat down next to the she-cat wrapping his tail around her body. "of course not, my place is here with you" He said decidedly. What if she ever had any kits what kind of father could he be dead?

RunningPath purred, then looked at him. She looked in his eyes, her eyes sparking with grief. "I'm going to join LurkClan, I don't want anything to happen to you.. or the clan.." She looked down at her paws, scuffling them among eachother. Is this the right choice? Is he going to snap..?

Whispertail laughed. "Your funny, no your not, your going to stay here and be safe. I will protect you. and as you saw before We can hold them off." He commented out of place licking his paws before digging into the mice.

RunningPath looked down, "I don't want to risk any of us to.. get hurt.." She looked at him, her eyes filled with sorrow. "I want to do it for you.." She looked down at her mouse, not feeling very hungry. She took a bit out of the mouse anyways, to build up her strength. If he liked it or not, she was going to, she decided, and wasn't going to change her mind. Well.. I don't want Whispertail to get hurt.. but I'll stay for a bit longer.

Whispertail looked at Runningpath angrily. "Runningpath look into my eyes right now. The best thing you can do is stay here and help defend us not go off on a lost cause. They are going to attack us sooner or later. Your not going." He said firmly.

RunningPath looked at his eyes, then nodded. "I guess you're right.." She looked down, then back at his. She rubbed against him, feeling a bit better now. She took another bite of the mouse, a purring being made. No, I should stay.. BlueFur did say.. something about keeping watch of the one you love in the den I sleep. She looked up at the sky, Thank you, Bluefur. She purred, and licked WhisperTail's cheek gently.

Whispertail nodded and pressed up against her. " now that that has been decided any other life altering choices youd like to share?" he asked calmly finishing off his mouse.

RunningPath was quite surprised by the question, she haven't really thought about it. "Not really, I haven't really thought about it.." She pressed her flank against his, getting as close as she could. Kit's sound nice.. She purred softly, "What about you?"
