Hunting

Clovernose decided to go hunting. She decided to go alone seeing as everyone else was busy. She walked up the Moor Hill hoping to catch a few rabbits. It was a sunny day and she let the warmth of the sun soak into her fur. She was daydreaming. Would any tom ever show any interest in her she thought. She had been looking for a mate but came up blank. She refocused and sniffed the air instead of rabbit she scented an unfamiliar cat scent.......

Zeus lay on a tree branch, breathing slowly as he slept. His dream was filled with delicious prey and even more sleep. Sleeping in his dreams? How original.

Opening his eyes as he heard a stirring on the ground beneath him, Zeus looked over the side of the branch to see a she-cat walking by. Smiling, Zeus ran to the trunk of the tree and began jumping from branch to branch before eventually arriving on the ground.

"Hey. How are ya?"

Clovernose turned surprised to see another cat behind her. She turned to look at him.... he was handsome why couldn't he be in Windclan she thought branching off into the mate subject again. She refocused and politely said,"Hello." She decided that hunting could wait and decided to sit and chat......
