Leafheart sat in the middle of a large clearing. She had exepted to love her mate Tigerfang only just before her kits arrived, but who cared. She loved him anyways. And she loved her kits. They were the prettiest kits she had ever seen. And she would do anything to have more, to have sweet little babies as soon as her kits were apprentices. This is what she had dreamed of her whole life. A tom she loved and a family, what else did she need.

Tiger fang layed beside her in the clearing, he had taken the dawn patrol earlier that morning. He layed there watching his kits. The pain never came anymore the emptiness was full, full of love for Leafheart and his kits. He was a lot happier now.

Spotkit played a game of tag in the clearing with his sister. As he chased after her he fell head over heels only to sit up and laugh afterwards chasing back after her.

Leafheart smiled at her clumsy little Spotkit. She laughed quietly before turning to lick Tigerfang. "How are you my love?", she asked pressing her nose in her flank.

Lavendarkit snickered and hid under her father's chin.

Tigerfang let out a quiet but amused giggle. Then turned to Leafheart "I am fine and I don't think I could ever be more happy my beauty, how are you?""he asked watching as Lavenderkit hid under his chin and then turned back to Leafheart giving her a lick on the cheek.

Spotkit stopped only to see Lavenderkit wriggle under fathers chin "I see you Lavenderkit!" he mewed out.

Lavanderkit heard his declaration of discovering her hiding spot and burrowed deeper and deeper into his chest, until she was completely covered. Her whiskers quivered from anxiety, as she peeked out to see if her brother had come to find her. "Hide me daddy!", she squealed wanting her father to protect her from Spotkit.

Leafheart smiled and scooped Spotkit up for a bath. "Time for a bath little one.", she purred licking through his fur getting rid of grit and debris. She made sure that all traces of dirt were gone before she snuggled him down for some mommy cuddling. "I am fine dearest.", she smiled.

Spotkit ran after Lavenderkit only to be scooped up by his mother "Mom!" he giggled then curled up in her paws. But kept one eye open for Lavenderkit.

Tigerfang covered Lavenderkit with his huge paws but left a little space for her to peek out and breath. He then looked around "oh no were has Lavenderkit gone?" he mewed.

Spotkit got up and started to look around his father knowing that she must be hiding. He walked to his father's paws peeking in the crack "I see you!" he squealed.

Lavanderkit screamed and ran to her mothers belly. She nestled in and began to suckle gently.

Spotkit ran and joined her. He to began to suckle gently as the milk he loved so much flowed into his mouth.

Lavanderkit nudged him to the side and chuckled. She licked the leftovers off of her mouth purring. She ran over to Tigerfang and snuggled down with her father. She fell asleep quickly and purred in her dreams.
