I just saw someone apply for a mate with a cat who would have JUST become an apprentice, so I propose a set of simple rules to keep people from doing that. I say this because a young cat, under 15 moons, could die from having kitd because they are too small. If hte cat doesn't a kit, 2, or even the whole litter will. I understand applying for a future mate, but any cat under a year old(12 moons) Is not sexually mature and won't be interested in a mated relationship. Close friends ok, but mates no.

Just as a side note, this person also put their cat up for adoption the same day. This wouldn't be a problem if she had made a bio for her cat, but she did not. This person sighed up today, applied for a mate, and put the cat up for adoption. Nothing else.

I Also propose adding a naming guide. Just a post that lets members know what names are acceptable and what arent. This might seem strict, but cats don't know what angels, rubies, daggers, demons, and such are. They also never use moon and starclan-related things. Depending on the setting (weather or not they use mothermouth), stone would even be something to watch for because of the moonstone.

I very much applaude this post. I don't know what exactly her thoughts were, but oh well, I guess that she decided to leave. All of the points you made here are very true, and I think you're ideas should go into effect. Maybe not the part about "stone", since that one is even used in the books, but everything else falls into my pet peeves with warrior role playing.. x)

Stonefur is ok, but littlestone wouldn't be acceptable because it would refur to he moonstone while stonefur or stone claw refurs to the color of a pelt or the striength of a claw.

Okay, since this is about suggestions, I'm going to put this out there.
And this falls kinda in the naming guide thing,e xcept... this is more like,
a list of the cats names that we already have down, so they are not used more than once.

For instance, we have encountered problems with moonshadow and rosepaw...

Do you see what i mean? ><;; I mean, we can make an activity check or something, post all the cats, and put it on the naming "list".

That could cause a few problems. You know the aging stuff? They can't just stop aging when they are signed up for adoption. They should sitll get aged later on, and soon they would, well, die....

These ideas make sense! With the naming list, then people can check to see if their name is already taken so it doesnt make it awkward when they apply and we're like "that's my cats name..." And it could also help them by sparking some ideas for names. And the aging thing makes sense...good point Clear
