Meeting (Clear, Open)

Minnow was washing in the poppy fields. She saw a familiar figure approach, "Venus! Sister!" she shrieked.

Venus smiled, "Hi Minnow." she said, "I had to make sure your OK..."

"I'm fine, Yakkai has been taking care of me." she mewed, blushing.

"Mate?" Venus asked.

Minnow avoided her gaze and smiled, shrugging.

"The kits are fine, but Clear..." she trialled off. "Flora went missing and he is distressed." she shook her head.

Minnow sighed, "That is too bad..."

Clear was in the trees, well, only one of them. He stared down, and suddenly leapt infront of Venus and Minnow.

He hissed at Minnow, and snarled.

"Get away from us. Get away from Venus, and tell me what you did with Flora!"

"I didn't do anything to Flora!" She wailed, "I was sleeping when she snuck out! And she was never there afterwards... Clear! We are almost family? Why don't you trust me?" she wailed.

Clear huffed, and stared.

"I don't believe you. I smell her scent on your pelt."

He hissed. Of course, he was insane now, he thought everything had her scent.

Minnow looked desperately to Venus, "You are being unreasonable Clear! Please! She is my sister!" she put her nose on his cheek and then licked it.

When she went to nose his cheek, he slashed out his forepaw to her muzzle. Claws were not unsheathed, they were sheathed. But at that moment, he got tackled down to the ground by some black and white tom with no tail.

Minnow was on the ground, her muzzle was bleeding heavily. Venus ran to her side, she tried cleaning the wound. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't identify herbs by scent yet and she couldn't see any herbs(obviously). She used a clump of snow and put it against Minnows muzzle. "Ya.. Yak.." Minnow tried to say, but Venus shushed her and watched the new tom against her mate.

Clear stared up at this new tom, and chuckled.

"Why protect this little rat? Why protect this mutt?"

He taunted, his back paws kicking at Yakkai's underbelly, with claws unsheathed.

Yakkai growled.

"She is no rat! She is no mutt! She is a beautiful cat that I want to spend my whole life with!"

He managed to screech this before he got kicked off. Right after he got kicked off, he went to bowl right into Clear once more.

Minnow squirmed, "Yakkai!" she mewed, she looked up at him. No one, ever, had protected her, it was always her protecting someone else, Venus, the kits, herself... She watched him with worried eyes.

Clear saw him charging at him, Clear leaping in the air. Of course, Yakkai saw his back legs bunching up, leaping up almost at the same time, colliding with him.

They twisted in the air, fur colliding with fur, fur falling to the ground. In the end, Clear was on the ground, all bloodied up, and Yakkai on top.

Yakkai stared at Clear, and growled in his face.

"Now leave. You are not welcome. Nor are you."

He looked at Venus, and then at Minnow, and smiled. He didn't even looked harmed that much.

He got off of Clear, and padded over, licking Minnow's wound.

Minnow looked to Venus, she nodded and Venus whispered "I will find you another day." she said, then she ran to Clear, licking his wounds.

Clear immediately got up, and went to lunge at Yakkai, but for his disadvantage, he made a lot of noise, since of his wounds.

Yakkai swiftly spun, and slashed his fore-paw at his muzzle, causing more blood to spill.

"Go."

He hissed.

Venus ran beside him, "Lets go! Clear lets go!" she whispered. "Please!" she wailed.

Clear hissed, and nodded, getting by Venus' side to run with her.

"I'm fine..." she mewed. "Are you OK? You just saved my life Yakkai." she purred, she tackled him softly and purred, laying close to him so their fur touched. She nuzzled his neck and mewed, "How can I ever repay you?"
