It's time already AHH!! {Swiftshadow/Whitetiger}

Clovernose turned to lick her belly and felt a sharp pain. She yelped not in pain but in excitement. She felt another sharp kick that was painful. "Swiftshadow!", She yelled in torment. She looked around thinking You are so unprepared for this she thought getting hit by a another sharp pain.

Swiftshadow had just walked into the camp after hunting. He dropped his fresh-kill quickly onto the fresh-kill pile and heard his name being called. Clovernose! He ran to the nursery. He saw the excitement in her eyes. "Is it time already, Clovernose? Are you ready to have kits?" he asked, tilting his head. "Let me get Whitetiger." He ran out of the nursery and into Whitetiger's den.

Clovernose felt them coming and called back to Swiftshadow. She knew they were coming and she wanted him to be here. It was time and they couldn't find Whitetiger. She pushed not knowing what she was doing. She only felt the pain get smaller when she pushed so she kept pushing.

Whitetigercame running into the nursery. "I came fast as I could when Swiftshadow came busting in my den telling was happening," He siad with his words muffled by the herbs in his mouth.
He put the herbs down and pionted with his tail, "That is Chamomile and Ragwort. It will give you the strength to get you though this. Swiftshadow, Do you have the Poppy seeds and Borage Leaves that I told you to get?"

Clovernose gulped down the herbs then pushed some more. She felt the pain go away and come back again even stronger then before. She heard a small mewling and leaned up to look at the kit. It was black like the night sky."Nightkit", She panted. She pushed and pushed until the pain numbed again then came back not as strong as the last.She leaned up again and saw a large brown kit. "Dustkit", She said. She felt the pain numb without even pushing and looked up surprised. She saw a cream kit with stripes. "Lynxkit", She purred. She didn't feel another pain and thought she was done but she felt something and pushed. She looked up and saw a small striped kit and sighed with joy. "Stripedkit", She said full of joy. she picked up her kits one by one and layed them in front of her. She began to lick them and she purred with joy looking at her four gorgeous kit. She looked at Swiftshadow and smiled> "Come and meet our kits", She said in a low and gentle voice.

Whitetiger watched for beautiful scene for a while. At times like this he sometimes regreted becaming a medicine cat. Not to be able to have a mate and kits. But Whitetiger knew that this was his path and he wasn't going to change it. He finally decided to leave the two lovebirds to themselfs. Whitetiger walked out of the nursery into the clan camp clearing.
