Where is my Rare Bird? {AshStorm, Open}

The silver tabby was prowling through, his ears pricked. He wanted to meet his lovely, his new Rare Bird. Of course, she didn't say she was his, but he just knew it, deep inside.

She was a rare bird as well, a beautiful one at that. When he first saw her, his heart skipped a beat. His ""Feathers"", that was on the inside, fluttered out.

Now, he was on his way again, to meet his Rare Bird. His beautiful rare bird, who was called, AshStorm.

Myxa peeked his head over some weeds, his gaze peering out over the landscape. He didn't see her, but it seemed as if her scent was here, as if she was here not too long ago, looking for him as well. Was she?

His heart skipped a beat, his tail high in the air. He couldn't wait!

"Oh, Beautiful Rare Bird, Where are you?"

He sung to himself.

Ashstorm crouched down in the grass, hiding in a patch of wild garlic. She smiled when he padded past, sticking his head up above the grass. She wriggled a tad then pounced. "Hullo, luv!" She said, batting at his ears. The smoky she-cat was amused with her little 'bird'.

The tom didn't know she was there, since he wasn't really experienced. He was going to call again, when his silver fur got ruffled, and then his body smashing lightly against the ground.

Just by the weight, he knew who it was, not to mention the batting of the ears, and then the word "luv". A loud purring noise erupted from his chest, trying to squirm out from under her grasp.

"Oh, is it my rare bird!~"

He said with amusement, and pure optimism.

Ashstorm wriggled, purring happily. "Of course, luv. How're you?" She asked, flicking her tail and rubbing her head on his shoulder. Mine...... she thought happily.

When the silver tabby tom was able to squirm out from under her, his left paw batted at her ears, and cuffed them. He purred loudly, and butted her cheek with his muzzle.

"I'm Great, since you are here!"

He squeaked with joy.

"What about you?"

He purred.

She purred, nuzzling at his shoulder. She licked his cheek, cuffing his ears playfully. Oh how she loved it right now. She flicked her tail, rolling on her back in the warm sun.

The tom purred, and licked her cheek before she cuffed his ears playfully.

"Lovely, Hun."

He pounced on her playfully when she rolled on her back, using his backpaws to try to tickle her underbelly.

Ashstorm squealed when she felt paws on her belly, wriggling away violently. She gasped into a burst of giggles. "QUIT! I"M TICKLISH!" She yelped out with a laugh.

Myxa purred with pleasure, soon stopping for a moment, and batted at her nose, before going back at it.

"Nah!"

He laughed.

Ashstorm burst into more giggles. she squirmed away. "peach and lime daquiri." she gasped out. just a strange phrase that popped to mind at that moment.

Myxa stuck his tongue out at him, and then tilted his head. He didn't know what she said.

"Peach and llamawhat?"

He asked questionly.

"Are you naming more Rare birds?"

His pelt prickling with unease.

Ashstorm froze when she heard what she said. Her mouth hung open slightly, slowly turning up into a grin. She burst out giggling. "I've no clue, love."

The little guy laughed a bit, and nudged her cheek gently with his nose. He purred a bit.

"Ah, so we are the only rare birds? Then, we must be perfect for eachother!"

He felt his skin go hot underneath his pelt, and that wasn't because of the weather. That was because of how embarrassed he was.
