She has already trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her second turn. Snowfeather, do you promise to uphold the warrior and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Hawktalon padded closer to the crowd of cats, smiling warmly to Snowfeather and Fireleaf. She could stay! Besides her telling him she loved him, this was the secondest greatest news. This day, besides their leader dying, was just getting better and better. His tail flickered back and forth with excitement, chest puffed out with happiness. "Snowfeather...." He murmured, waiting for her response.

Shadowshine padded into camp, the black she-cat sitting down when she heard Fireleaf call. She rolled her eyes and looked at Flareclaw, the sultry black she-cat flicking her tail in annoyance.

"Oh for the love of Starclan! Will you just SHUT UP and let Fireleaf finish??? It's not like you're going to get Deputy anyway you mangy little fox."

She sighed, shaking her head and flicking her tail. Oh how she enjoyed teasing toms.

Hawktalon laughed, nuzzling his shoulder and licking her cheek. "I know! I can't believe it, you're here to stay!" He said excitedly, smiling warmly. "Now don't go doing anything that'll get you kicked out again, promise?" He murmured softly, slight joking tone to his voice.

Stormstrike smiled, nuzzling Dappledleaf back. "Fireleaf is leader and Snowfeather can stay....seems like this tragedy has a better ending than it appeared to have..." He said softly to her, glancing up to their new leader. Now, question was....

Fireleaf smiled, it showed that RiverClan had accepted her as their leader. But her heart ached, not only for Crookedstar but her own mate. She still loved him, but she wasn't sure if he still loved her.

Dappledleaf purred. Then she looked at him, a bit curious and more than slightly solemn.

"Could this be considered a tradgedy? I mean, she had gone insane and was leading our clan into The Dark Forest. Couldn't this be considered a blessing from Starclan in a sense? Now any kits born into our clan have a strong, sane leader to look up to. One that's young enough to lead us for a long time instead of die right off. I mean sure, she's younger than I am, but I admire her for being able to handle this so well."

Stormstrike nodded, frowning thoughtfully. "In a sense. The Crookedstar we had known was no longer with us. It feels wrong to say, but Needleheart may have done us a favor.." He murmured in response, ears twitching as he turned to look at her. "I believe Fireleaf will be a fine leader, despite her age. She's not much younger than me. She's got a good head on her shoulders." He said with a smile and playful flick of his tail.

Fireleaf nodded, "Another Cerimony must be done." she said. "Moonlight, please step forward." she said, her tail was laid around her paws now, she had known a bit about Moonlight. She knew she was most likely to want to join the clan. Better sooner than later.

Dappledfrost nodded. "She will be a good leader. I know she'll do what's best." She said, flicking her tail with a nervous and decidedly anxious motion. She didn't know what, but something in the air wasn't right. Her gaze drifted to Flareclaw, something not clicking in her mind. He seemed a little TOO bent on vengeance. What was he playing at?

The black she cat stepped forward out of the shadows, her bright green eyes gazing wildly as the light hit her face. Her kits had already become apprentices and now it was her turn to become a warrior considering she already knew how to fight and hunt. She moved so that she was in front of the rock and looked up to fireleaf.
