Sunflash came up confidently behind Tanglestar, his amber eyes narrowed into slits, his claws unsheathed. This ShadowClan dirt would regret ever being born if he tried to resist. And, secretly in his claws, he hoped that he would. He didn't deserve to go unpunished like this. His ear flicked to Wolfstorm, supporting her comment. "And as you know, we'd just hate to tear the fur from your pelt."

Flightpaw, noticing the gathering warriors outside the apprentice den, sprang from her nest to join them. Seeing Dirtfur through their legs, her neck fur began to prickle in rage. She hadn't been old enough to understand what was going on when he had killed Moonshine, causing so much madness in the Clan, but she had heard enough about it to know what was going on. The caramel she-cat wanted to fly at him, batter him with her paws. Then she looked to Rainpaw, and saw what was in his eyes. Did he not agree with what Tanglestar was ordering? Was she herself wrong in wanting to attack? Her claws slowly sheathed, but she did not move.

Dappledfrost eyes widened. No! Everything was going all wrong. She wanted to yowl in protest, but in her heart she knew that Tanglestar would not have it any other way. Her ears flattened to her head. "Please, Dirtfur, don't start a fight! Just go back to your camp, don't worry about Shadowheart, I'll take care of her. Just please don't cause more trouble."

DirtFur sat there still, he wanted to cry, really he did, but he didn't want to leave ShadowHeart's side.

He glanced at WolfStorm.

"Yes, I do love MoonShine, but I love my clanmates as well. I care for them, and I don't want to leave one of the warriors' side."

His eyes narrowed, and looked at TangleStar.

"What if you were in this position? Would you leave one of your warriors to go do something else? Would you let them lie there in pain?"

He confronted, his claws still sheathed, for he didn't want to fight. All he wanted to do was stay by ShadowHeart's side.

Shadowheart limped forward, "We should just go home." she mewed. "I can't let you die and then have Spottedstar send a patrol to look for us!" She looked into his eyes.

DirtFur glanced over his shoulder at ShadowHeart.

"No, we are staying. We're going to get you healed. You are going to recover."

He stated, then looked back at TangleStar.

Shadowheart shook her head, "There are too many! And I will not stay without you! I can be stubborn too ya'know!"

DirtFur shot his eyes right back at ShadowHeart.

"Who said I was leaving? Who said I was even going to fight?"

He stared at her for many moments, his tail tip twitching.

"Everyone is stubborn. Believe me, I should know."

He shot his eyes back at TangleStar, his ears flickering uncomfortably.

"DappledFrost, please heal her, please make her recover. I might not make it, because I'm not going to fight back when they attack me, if they do, so I might die from their claws and teeth."

He concluded.

DirtFur ignored her, his eyes staring at TangleStar. He didn't move a muscle, and it looked like he wasn't even breathing.

He could die.

He really could.

He didn't want to fight, for it keeps reminding him of MoonShine, and he doesn't want that to happen again.

Moonshine snarled from her place in Starclan. Why must Dirtfur always land in life-threatening situations?!?! She looked to Rainpaw, the little tom that Starclan had plans for. Finally, she shook her head angrilly. Time for those plans to go into effect. She threw her soul towards Rainpaw, taking control of him. She pushed his consciousness to the back, murmering words to the tom. Sorry Rainpaw. But I have to take control for a bit. You were destined to be the channel. Don't be afraid little one. She said to him. She turned her attention to the growling and bristling cats. She snarled, prowling forward and bristling. She may have been in the young tom's body but it was her own voice that came out. Stop you mouse-brained FOOLS. She snarled. She lashed Rainpaw's tail back and forth, glaring at the cats around her. Erm....him. Her....his eyes went from their usual color to a violent crimson, glinting dangerously in the light.

DirtFur's head shot around, staring at RainPaw. Who looked to have changed, the voice changing.. Sounding a bit like MoonShine.

"M-M-Moonshine?!"

He squeaked, shrinking down to the ground. He gazed up at her...er..him.

His ears folded back against his head, his tail swishing out behind him.

Rainpaw...er...Moonshine snarled again, lips drawing back from teeth in a feral grin. "Don't. Move." She/he growled dangerously. The form wavered slightly, like it was nothing but a curtian that could disappear any moment. All the things she would do to Rainpaw would be illusions. He would be unharmed throughout this all. But it wouldn't look like it to them......Rainpaw's pelt looked odd, until one noticed that it was suddenly run through with cuts and gashes, that made him look like an insane and terrifying entity. Well, atleast his illusion pelt did, his real one was fine. The illusion made him look like he was a zombie, a demon. She/he snarled angrilly, glaring at all the cats present. You. Are all. Acting. Like a pack. Of rabid. DOGS. She growled out, the noise was one that would chill any to the bone. Sweet little Moonshine had changed a great deal since she had died.
