Pretty Kat (Stoneheart)

Bluewillow had come back from a sunset patrol. The Moon was now high in the sky and the clearing was deserted. She padded over to the edge of the camp and started cleaning, her grey fur gleaming in the moonlight.

The rasp of a tongue on sleek fur was all the tom heard from his solitary nest inside the warriors den. It was about moonhigh when the handsome tom pulled himself from the den. He shook his pelt feeling the cool breeze cling to his pelt. As he entered the clearing he saw a lovely grey she-cat. He pinned the sound of the rasping coming from her tongue. He walked over still grumpy from being woken up.

"Hi Stoneheart!" she mewed. "I'm sorry," her eyes softened. "I did I wake you?"

"MMM", was all he managed to grunt. He was to tired to talk yet to awake to sleep.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." she sighed, sometimes it was so awkward with Stoneheart.

Stoneheart looked at her slightly confused as to why she had sighed. "What is wrong?", he asked still a little gruff. Sure he wasn't the happiest daisy in the bunch but he was himself and that was all he could ever be.

"I... Nothing really." She mewed, "It doesn't matter..." she looked at him and shrugged, smiling.

Stoneheart flicked her with his tail. "Just spit it out already.", he chuckled at her attempts to hide what was on her mind.

"Well, Mostly Crookedstar dying... You'know... Know cat knows what Firestar will do about us, about Riddlehawk. And Needleheart is on the loose, I guess it is just scary not knowing much about their new leader." she shrugged, "I told you it was nothing."

"No one will touch you!", he growled ready to challenge any cat who came hear them. "I would like to adress something if I may?", he asked not waiting for her answer before he went on. "My feeling for you have become deeper than I have given word to express.", he stated simply. He wasn't sure if he loved her but he liked her very much to the point of doing anything to her.

Bluewillow's tail entwined with his, she smiled and licked his cheek softly for a moment. She smiled, looking at her paws. "I... I have stong feelings for you too Stoneheart." she avoided his gaze.

Stoneheart's rough purr rumbled from his throat. He was happy that she felt the same way towards him as he felt for her. He placed his tail under her chin to pull her eyes up to his. He licked her cheek tenderly and looked over her whole body. "What I meant to say is that I love you.", he said teh smile fading as he looked away embarrassed.

Bluewillow purred and licked his cheek, she purred very deeply and pressed her pelt against his. "I Love you too..."

"You do?", he yelled bowling her over in excitement. He licked all over her from cheek to tail breathing in her lovely scent. He curled up with her making sure that she was not cold in the least.

Bluewillow laughed and let him, she purred and felt warm, protected, like when she was a kit. She purred and licked him back lovingly.
