Yarrowpaw rolled around in her nest, moss sticking uncomfortably on her pelt. She couldn't fall asleep. It was the day, her Mentor had taken her on the night shift. Yawning, Yarrowpaw twisted around, her back clicking, tension lifting. She flicked her eyes around the den, looking for any apprentice to talk with. She paused, a shape moving in the shady den. Yarrowpaw blinked, trying to pin-point who it was. "Hello?" She asked, sniffing the air.

"Don't worry, it's just me."

Hollypaw sat up from where she was shuffling around uncomfortably. She felt... weak. Light-headed, drowsey, and just plain hot. It was odd-it was a colder night then usual, but it felt like the dark brown tabby was at a boiling point.

"Yarrowpaw? Is that you?" The she-cat couldn't tell. It sounded like her, but the entire den was a blur. "Why aren't you sleeping like everyone else?"

((Ooo... Hollypaw's coming down with a mysterious illness... Or something like that! ))

Yarrowpaw twisted to face Hollypaw. "Yeah, it's me. I just can't keep comfortable." The mottled she-cat explained, stretching her limbs in an attempt to relax. It failed. "What about you?" She asked, flicking her tail in the direction of Hollypaw. He amber eyes gazed upon the apprentice.

Hollypaw shrugged, her sight clearing up a bit, just enough to see her den mate across the den. "I just can't managed to fall asleep," she replied. "That, and I feel a bit... never mind..."

"Well, since there's nothing to do... How are you?" She laughed quietly. "And don't tell me sleepy!"
