Blossempaw was feeling restless, she got up to stretch and have a bite to eat. She came from the apprentice's den and sat in the Moonlight, licking her fur flat with long, smooth strokes.

Tigerstorm had been too lost in thought to sleep, so he had gone outside the warrior's den into the clearing to try and rest. What he didn't expect to see was Aphrodite...or Blossompaw now. He was about to turn back when something stopped him. And she must have seen him by now..

Blossempaw saw him and she bounded over to him, her eyes were filled with concern. "Why are you avoiding me?!" she mewed, waves of desperation and separation were drowning her sweet scent into a fearful kit. Her eyes were sharp as she tried to meet his gaze.

Tigerstorm turned to face him and frowned. "No, Aphr-Blossompaw, it's not like that....I promised your sister I would focus more on training. Please, it has nothing to do with you..." He said quietly, trying to explain. His ears flickered with concern at her unhappiness.

"Why can't you see that she doesn't have to know? I have never felt this way about a cat before Tigerstorm! Ever!" she moved closer to him, her eyes still attached to his.

Tigerstorm had to drop her gaze, looking to his paws. "Me either Blossompaw. But....I can't do that. Please, just bear with me alright? I care for you and her, in different ways. I don't want to hurt either of you."

Blossempaw turned away her ears pinned to her head, "You avoid me like the plague and won't even tell me the truth..." she growled, her eyes narrowing and fur rising.

Tigerstorm frowned, stepping closer to her. "Blossompaw, please! I'm telling you the truth, I want to be with you I just can't at the moment, alright?"

"Pheonixpaw can eat her tail! We have something special!" she wailed softly in desperation. "Please!"

Tigerstorm gritted his teeth, shaking his head. "Blossompaw...." He padded up, nuzzling her shoulder comfortingly. "If we really do, you'll wait for me. Until your sister becomes a warrior, alright? I just can't have you two fighting...." He said unhappily, turning to go back to the warrior's den.
