The tortiseshell she-cat was glancing around, poking her little head out of the Apprentice's den. She wanted to be a warrior more than ever now, and she knew something fishy was going on.

TigerStorm was being rather close to her sister, and she hated that. She felt so alone, so isolated. She knew her sister was feeling happy, and felt glad that her teeth were actually snapping around her black heart, PheonixPaw's heart.

She growled deeply to herself, laying by a rotten down stump. She was placing her head upon her paws, while her tail flicked side to side.

She wanted to kill Aphrodite, she wanted her dead. Ever since she came, she gotten less time to train, less time to gain the knowledge that she so closely desired.

Mouse-Brain! It's so obvious that they have a relationship going on, and that they both are mocking you!

The inside of her voice was calling out to her, singing slowly in that same chanting tone.

Why must these thoughts haunt her so? Why must she feel so confused? Why must she be tortured down to nothing?

"Am I not meant to be a warrior... and just a lonely loner..?"

She mew'd to herself slowly.

The pretty black and white she-cat named Aphrodite came from the entrance of the camp. In her jaws was a bluebird and a sparrow. She dropped them in the fresh-kill pile, and sat down at the edge of the clearing, washing herself with long, clean strokes.

Aphrodite's sister rose her head, staring at her sister through hollowed out green eyes. She slowly got up, and licked her fur down a few times, trying to hide her anger.

She slowly padded over to Aphrodite, and stared down at her.

"Get out. Get out, Get out!"

She screeched, probably so loud that every single cat in the clan heard.

Her fur now stood up, fur fluffed up.

"Just because you're prettier and better than me doesn't mean that you get to clench your nasty teeth all over me! Doesn't mean that you get to ruin my life!"

She hissed through snarled teeth.

[sze=1] The large, stripped tabby tom that was part of the reason for this argument padded out of the warriors den. He stretched his sore muscles and shook his pelt in effort to wake up some. He blinked his green eyes, glancing over to where the commotion was coming from. Phoenixpaw and....Aphrodite. He could feel his pelt get a little warmer at the sight of her, but at his apprentice's outburst he frowned. "Phoenixpaw...." He said quietly, padding over to the two. He looked down to the she-cat with a frown, wondering why she was having such an outburst. [/size]

Knowing TigerStorm was near, PheonixPaw immediately spun around, her forepaw slashing out across his muzzle.

"You back off! Stop goo-goo-ga-gaing my sister!"

She hissed, her fur fluffing up to where she looked twice her size, no, thrice.

She was angry, frustrated.

"If you do, I'll just leave! I need some attention too!"

Now, tears were slipping out of her optics. She was sad more than anything. She looked up to TigerStorm, but when he kept ignoring her, that tore. That tore bad.

Aphrodite's fur bristled, "How? You get to be a clan cat, and make friends and learn how to be a Warrior! Me, I get one moon of clan, and then I have to go back to nurse the family YOU ruined!" she hissed, her back arching. "He does not goo-goo-ga-ga me!"

PheonixPaw spat, and spun around only to bowl herself on her sister. She pinned her down rather easily, hopingly at least. She stared down at her sister, tears no longer spilling, but rage.

"Shut up! You don't understand, do you? You need to leave, you do not belong here! Just get out, and leave! If I ruined it so bad, then go, go now before I kill you!"

She screeched, pain soaking right through the words like Ice. She still loved her sister, more than anything, but she was frustrated. She always got what she wanted.

"If you care so much about them, then why try to stay? TigerStorm won't stop you, that's for sure! You mutt!"

She growled.

Aphrodite was easily put in a pin, from lack of training. "I will stay if I want to stay!" Her ears folded back, fear creeping up her spine. She could never get out of a pin, she wasn't nearly strong enough! She also knew that if Pheonixpaw wanted to kill her right there and then, she probably wouldn't even break sweat.

PheonixPaw then got an idea in her head. She grinned rather evilly, and snickered.

"Better yet, I'll take you all the way to where mom and dad live, and kill them right infront of you!"

She got off of Aphrodite, standing beside her. She then reached down, and gripped her ear in her teeth, and gave a hard yank. Hoping that would make her get up, she then lashed out her teeth to clench her scruff.

Aphrodite hissed, then yelped when her ear was hurt. She then pulled it away, sending blood dripping down her face from a huge tear in her ear, but Aphrodite did not notice. She launched herself at her, "No!" she struggled to get Pheonixpaw's throat in her teeth, her paws clawing any fur that got near them.

Tigerstorm was shocked, feeling a slight sting on his muzzle from where she lashed out at him. What was with her? He felt his ears start to burn at the comment of him being gaga over Aphrodite. Was it that obvious? But when they started to fight, he snapped out if it. No! He snatched Phoenixpaw up by the scruff of her neck, easy for a tom his size. "Knock it off!" He growled, getting angry. "What are you doing Phoenixpaw, that's your sister!"

PheonixPaw got off of Aphrodite, and since TigerStorm moved her back, Aphrodite's attack would most likely fail, or it would of hit TigerStorm as well.

She looked up at him, and growled.

"I don't care! I never get anything that I want! She gets it all, always! I'm tired of it, Just for once, I want something that I want. Just for once I want to actually be noticed!"

She lashed out her tail, then spun around, running back over to the rotten down stump, where she pouted.

Aphrodite landed in a heap, dust choking her, she coughed then the dust settled. "You always get what you want! You got to become an apprentice, you got everything you ever wanted! What do I get? I get to be a loner fending for herself and two other full grown cats, alone!"

Tigerstorm frowned, they weren't going to get anywhere with these two bickering like this. He padded over to Phoenixpaw, where she sat pouting after her outburst. "Listen to me. You need some time to cool off, but later me and you are going to talk. Just me and you, okay? Now take some time to calm down." He said, but with a gentle side to his voice as he nudged the apprentice. He then turned back to Aphrodite, standing between the two sisters. "I think it's best you two keep your distances for right now, alright?" He suggested peacefully, looking her in the eyes.

Aphrodite blushed at his eyes, her secret nickname for him was the handsome tom and she had her reasons. "Ok Tigerstorm." she smiled, wishing they could have a heart-to-heart talk themselves. She dipped her head and padded off towards a bush by the side of the camp where she had been staying, it was a blackberry bush and it smelled sweet like Aphrodite herself.
