Her green eyes were vibrant with anticipation of the new season, summer. No more cold. No more darkness. No more leaves. No more hunger! Her clan could officially say it's fresh-kill pile was extroadinary. Everyone could eat their own rabbit and there would still be a ton of food left. It was because of this she had to actually put a stoppage to hunts every now and then so the prey could replenish, fatten, while her clan ate like kings.
With no worry on their minds at the moment, she had called this a no hunting day as well. It was mid-morning and the patrols were doing till later that evening. In all reality, her clan could rest in peace this afternoon and play in the territory.
Swiftfire walked to the middle of the camp with a huge grin on her face as the sunlight highlighted her fur. She looked down and then picked up a rather impressive looking feather in her mouth. Her tail twitched mischeaviously. Quickly, she flung the feather up in the air and watched it slowly fall down in a complicated matter. As it did so, she jumped towards it and began to toss it between her paws as she did various manuvers that showed her flexiblity and in a way mirrored training techniques.
The game caused her to shuffle and jump about the entire the camp, but she could care less. She was so full of joy and happiness at the moment she knew of only one other thing to make this day better, her clan joining her in playing or some other activity.
