Description:

Honeypaw is small, even for his age, and he takes after his mother in looks and body shape. He's a sleek and slim cat, with not much bulk at all, more than likely that wont change with age. He has a soft face with bright green eyes that are always bright and eager. His tail is slightly longer than usual, again taking after his mother's, but he uses it to an advantage when it comes to climbing.

Attitude:

Honeypaw is fairly enthusiastic about training and clan life in general. He is a fast leaner and has great potential as a warrior, he also gets along with others quite well. Honeypaw's problem though is that he's very naive. The young cat will believe anything that you tell him and can never detect lies or the bad side of anyone. He's also a bit of a pacifist and fighting really isn't his thing, but that might change as he gets older and finds himself having to fight for his clan.

Honeypaw is also a very childish cat, but that is partly because he's so young. Often he's a bit too immature for everyone's liking and he's quicker to mess around than be serious.

Honeypaw also has a fear of water, but he will probably outgrow that in time. But because of it he is a lousy fish hunter, never being able to get close enough to the river to try and catch one properly. He has adequate hunting skills otherwise though, but nothing exceptional.

History:

Honeypaw was born to a Riverclan queen of no great importance. His father is unknown.

His kitten hood was fairly uneventful, with Honeypaw playing happily with his den mates in the nursery and dreaming of his future as an apprentice.

At this point in time Honeypaw has just began his apprenticeship.

RP Example:

Honeykit was itching with excitement, his black and white paws kneading at the ground as he waited before the River clan leader. All the clan cats were watching their leader expectantly as the naming ceremony began, the one in which Honeykit would finally be given his apprentice name and given his mentor.

'I can't wait! I wonder who I'll get? Oh why wont they just tell me already!'

Honeykit's mother was watching her son with pride, occasionally murmuring to a cat beside her about how much her kit resembled her, and how great an apprentice he was sure to be. The little scarp of golden fur beneath the clan leader was the queen's first kit, so naturally the whole first 6 months of Honeykit's life had been a learning experience for both her and her son. But in the end they had both pulled through, and all that time had led up to this.

"Are you ready?" The clan leader's calm tone of voice was directed at Honeykit, who nodded hastily and looked up at the adult cat with eager green eyes.

"Good. Then from this moment forward you shall be known as Honeypaw. And your mentor shall be Thornclaw."

Honeypaw looked like he was about to burst out of his fur in excitement, and as soon as the leader announced his mentor's name the little cat searched the crowd to try and see him. And there sure enough was the newest warrior, Thornclaw, who was looking both surprised and honored at the decision.

As the clan began to chime the new apprentice's name and Thornclaw approached Honeypaw to congratulate him himself, the whole world seemed to brighten before the young cat.

'My life begins now!' The tom thought as he touched noses with his mentor and turned to view the rest of his supporting clan. 'I can't wait to start!'
