A large white and black spotted cat sat in front of the three new kittens. He sighed as they were playing around and being annoying while he was trying to rest his eyes for a little while. When George his owner came in he meowed loudly and walked over to him rubbing up against his leg and purring when he got the hand across the back.
George sat on the bed and Merlin jumped up to meet him. "George we really need to do something about these kittens they are driving me absolutely mad!" He yipped at his owner who shook off his comments with some more pats and rubs. "Merlin I'll be back I have to go to the store so you be a good kitty okay?" George said while he scratched his check and made those puckerlips merlin knew too well. ESCAPE! wiggle as he might Merlin never could escape those kisses from his owner. when he finally plopped to the ground he shook his fur.
"Come on George! we are friends but the kisses have to stop!" He yelled after the owner as he left the house. He was left alone with the three kittens who at this moment seemed to be trying to figure out who could bite off the others tail first. "kittens, now kittens please do stop that" Merlin called but it seemed to be at no avail. He rolled his eyes. "Want to see some magic from ole Merlin?" He asked knowing it was something the kittens couldn't resist.
Three sets of ears perked up and they scrambled over to sit in front of Merlin. "Merwin do you know our names?" The first kitten asked. They always were forgetting what their names were. Ah youth. "Easy" Said Merlin. He patted the first she-kit on the head "you are Gwinny" He said "Arty" he said to the second and to the third "Lance"
