Okay, I used to do this on a lot of role play sites. What you do is speak through your characters like so...

Spottedstar: Why'd you bring me here?
Me: Because we're going to play a game with all the nice people!
Spottedstar: I don't want to be around these people! They're not even ShadowClan warriors! Probably ThunderClan kittypets. *grumbles*
