Just as Starclan had predicted rain poured down more and more, day after day. Soon it was as if the sea's had leapt up to flood the ground. More devastating than any cat had predicted the rain flooded all of the preys home. The only prey that remained were the fish and the snakes.
The river surged over and swept away the island till only the tips of the trees remained. The swamps flooded over into a plain lake leaving no trace of the camp. Only the forest and the wide plains remained. Soggy, yet still there. It was a great time of suffering. Almost all of Riverclan and Shadowclan were wiped out in one night.
When that one fateful night was done among all the clans rose new leaders. Hailstar, Riddlestar, Nightstar, and Swiftstar. In the treacherous weather the leaders must make the journey to highstones to receive their lives.
What will Riverclan and Shadowclan do now that their homes are no more? How will Thunderclan and Windclan learn to hunt the snakes of Shadowclan or the fish of Riverclan. They may need to work together in order to survive.
And in the midst of this a strange weather comes an even stranger cat Sedgetail. He makes some extreme claims about Starclan. It begins to shake the roots of the faith of clan cats in Starclan.
What will the clan cats do? How will the survive?
