Hawkwhisper had been around the group of cats and back before she came across Riddlehawk. She snorted to herself. Oh she had heard the story but she hadn't expected to see him that torn up. She padded over to him sleekly. "Oh the great Riddlehawk...How does it feel to have a black heart? It doesnt suit you at all." She purred in a joke

Riddlehawk chuckled, shaking his head. "Rather have a black heart than no life." He flicked his tail calmly, knowing she was joking. She always had been a bit of a cynical comic. But it was something everyone had gotten used to by now. He couldn't help but smile at her comment.

Mousefur hissed towards Hawkwhisper. "Hold your tongue you devil cats!", she hissed at the she-cat. "You are the one with a black-heart, Riddlehawk did what he had to do to defend himself!", she said in disgust. She would never blame Riddlehawk for the death of the murderous Frostorm. "The forest is better off rid of him.", she meowed restating her opinion.

"Aww did I make little mousefur upset?" She mocked. "Sorry my sarcastic side gets me sometimes. Calm down, I was merely joking little she-cat." She said before stalking off towards the middle of the group. Not before she slid her tail under the toms chin with a little flick. She was grinning to herself with a little chuckle when she sat down for the meeting.

FoxStar winced when she was told to begin. She didn't exactly know how to, and with the problems she is having, what would she say? Her ears started to fold against her head, but then lifted.

She looked down at her paws, then took a step forward. She didn't want to fall, or slip, making sure she was well put behind the edge.

Patchedfoot winced at the sight of her leader struggling. She hoped that no other cat would notice and think they were weak. what is going on with Foxstar? She asked herself. She would get to the bottom of this when they got back to camp.

Miragepaw watched the leaders quarrel up on top. She looked at Crookedstar and was a little afraid. She saw the Thunderclan apprentices and they didn't seem like much of a threat to her clan. Alas she would follow her leaders announcement and fight them like she had been ordered. She couldn't understand how the other cats had just deserted their leader. What was happening of Riverclan. Were they even fit to be called a clan anymore?

Cedarclaw kept a neutral face, but as she looked up at Foxstar her gut clenched. Even if she wasn't meaning to, Foxstar could easily give off a bad impression on the other Clans. The way she was stuttering and watching her paws made Cedarclaw want to edge closer in case she suddenly toppled over. The tortoiseshell warrior knew her condition, but no other cat did.

Her ears flicked a bit, staring at the blurs at the bottom. She couldn't believe how badly shaped Foxstar was now, how worse it was getting.

"WindClan.. is doing okay. The prey is running.. well. No problems.. just a bit colder than usual."

Her ears flicked, not even sure if she was supposed to talk like that. She would of known if she was a true leader, and not some phony one.

She took a step back, and dipped her head, not rising it again.

Cedarclaw was close enough to Runningpath to hear her comment. She turned on the she-cat quickly, her fur bristling with a mixture of fear and defiance. "Nothing's wrong with Foxstar," she hissed quietly, not wanting to cause a scene. "It's her first Gathering, that's all!"

RunningPath glanced at CedarClaw.

"Sure, she just seems like she is going under more stress than usual, that is all. She just acts really nervous about something."

Cedarclaw rolled her shoulders aggresively. "There's nothing for us to be nervous about! She's just fine- WindClan is just fine."

She arched an invisible eyebrow at the she-cat.

"You seem awfully protective, and nervous too. But then again, aren't WindClan cats always nervous about something?"

Cedarclaw snarled. "If this weren't a Gathering, I'd give you something to be nervous about!" She let her claws slide out and sink into the earth. Her orange eyes blazed at the thought of being called weak. "If ShadowClan is so strong, maybe they should focus less on insults and more on their loyalty. The whole forest knows about your little raid to ThunderClan. They don't keep secrets for long."

Shadowfang walked in behind her leader as the Deputy. Her eyes wandered around fourtrees to see all the cats sitting and talking. After they entered onto the clearing Shadowfang joined Fireleaf under the high rock.

Moonshadow walked in behind the rest of the Riverclan cats and found herself a quiet spot to sit.
