Ashkit smiled. That you are. From the looks of it you'll make a great warrior some day. she said, looking at Spottedpaw. She started humming quietly to herself. Her tail was curled neatly across her front paws and the tip twitched every so often.

SpottedPaw blinked, looking at Ashkit. "You really think so?" She didn't really think herself would become that well, since of her clumsy-ness, and how exciteable she gotten. She looked down at the ground, then back at Ashkit, "Thanks."

Ashkit smiled. Your welcome.I just remembered a saying. A blessing kinda, that my momma taught me. May luck and happiness follow you and may you be sheilded from misfortune. I'm pretty sure that's how it went... She sighed in contentment, looking at the other cats of the clan again. Ah yes, patience was a great attribute for this kit.

SpottedPaw nodded, thinking that was wonderful. She looked up at the sky, wondering about things. She felt sorry for some cats, like the one in ThunderClan. She couldn't ever remmeber his name though. She looked at Ashkit, "Did you see your parent's die face-to-face?"

Ashkit thought for a moment. Not my pappa. He was never around. I never got to meet him. My momma said he went off one day and didn't come back. My momma was trying to save me from a fox. It left after my momma got hurt real bad. She told me that she would see me again someday in Starclan. Ashkit looked over at Spottedpaw,

SpottedPaw looked at Ashkit, grief in her eyes. "That almost reminds me of that cat in..Thunderclan, never remember the Tom's name though. He saw his parents die right infront of him, by a badger, at least that's what everyone says. People say he got his revenge, by.. I think yanking it's eye out?" She shook her head, "It could be a folktale though."

Ashkit shrugged. You never know. I found the fox later though and got my revenge. Bit off its tail. Though it did bite me pretty hard I mangaged to escape. I think some loner attacked it. She looked at Spottedpaw, her eyes a bit curious but it was quiet.
