Venus was sleeping when she felt a kick from her unborn kits. She was due any day now and she was glad Minnow was here. Minnow was resting in a curled ball in the corner of the cave. Venus felt another kick, more painful this time. She sighed and sat down to wash. Then she felt it. "Minnow! the kits are coming!" she yowled, staggering. She laid on her side as Minnow looked up, she gasped and ran to her sisters side.

Clear heard the howls, and knew what it was. He gripped his borage leaves, along with Poppy Seeds. He dashed towards Venus. He nosed a few poppy seeds to Venus, and saw a small form escaping Venus. He nipped the kit sack, and pushed it gently to Minnow.

"Lick it's fur in the opposite direction."

Minnow did so repeatingly until there were six kits in front of her. Two black and white like Venus, one gray like clear, One black, white and amber and one was golden with black spots like Leo. Venus sighed and Purred. Gathering them toward her to suckle. "Clear. They are Beautiful." she purred.

Clear just nodded, smiling down at them all.

"Yes.. they are."

Venus purred. She looked to her kits and named them. She moved her tail to her first born, a black and white she-cat that looked exactly like Venus. "I name you Aphrodite." She purred, and licked her on the head. She turned to her second born, a black, white and amber she-cat. "I name you Flora." she purred, licking her too on the head. She turned to her third born, a dark smoky gray tom that looked very much like Clear. "I name you Pure." she purred, and licked him on the head too. She turned to her forth born, another gray tom like Clear. "I name you Rain." she purred. again, licking him on the head. She turned to her fifth born, another black and white she-cat like Venus."I name you Rose." she purred. Than she turned to her last born, she looked identical to Leo. She closed her eyes, she was glad her sister was not her. She was in no state to fight. Leo would want these kits dead-if not recruits for LurkClan. She opened her eyes again. "I name you Leopard." she purred. This was her kit, and she would train her right. Then she closed her eyes again and laid her head for her kits to suckle.

Leopord flipped around and crawled to her mother and started to suckle, she lifted her head up and mewled loud, milk all around her face.

Venus purred and nuzzled the young kit. How could this kit be... like... her?

Aphrodite was sleeping now. She cuddled close to her mother.

Flora mew'd, and nuzzled whatever she could. She found something to suckle on, and suckled on that.

Clear merely nodded, and purred. He glanced at the kits, and then at Venus.
