Violet was napping in her den when she felt a sharp pain in her side. The kits. she thought as she woke up. She panted, not making noise so as not to draw attention to herself. She didn't know if there were any WindClanners in the area. She knew atleast one knew she was here, but she didn't want more.
After what seemed an eternity she had all her kits. She licked them all.
Croix. she named the one, one that looked exactly like her. White with a grey face and legs. She was a pretty little she-cat already.
Bluejay. she named another,A multicolored kit.
Crow. she murmered, licking a black kit.
Gossamer. she decided, looking at the black eared, tan and white she-kit
Aspen. she said, licking the little orange kit.
Two female kits and three males. She purred, nuzzling her little kits.

Bluejay was strong already, huddling himself against his mother's belly and his siblings. He fed from his mother then fell asleep, the little multicolored tabby tom in stark contrast to his siblings.
