The scent in the air was delicious. The cats mouth almost watered at the scent of field mice, What they were doing near the river no one would ever know. But they were there and they smelled delicious. He got into his stalking stance and followed after a couple mice, after killing four he stopped and sat upright. Holding them by the tails he moved to have a comfy place to eat.

He was finished with the first mouse and digging into the second one when he heard the snap of a twig.

Clear suddenly walked out of the bushes, ignoring the other cats. He walked right in the middle of both of them, sitting near the water's edge. He sighed, his fur being quite calm, surprisingly. His ears flicked about, with his tail lashing back and forth. He watched the current flow downwards, seeing broken twigs on the way, and little garbage.
