Rain smirked at the stupid clan cat. "You dare attack him while we are still here", she hissed. "This is not your fight" she almost laughed. Go home while you still can or bring down the wrath of Lurkclan again you stupid clan-cat", She hissed.

Rancid waved his tail to silence the she-cat for a moment. "No Rain, I don't act on the behalf of Lurkclan any longer. But this cat tests me." He paced back and forth his claws leaving neat holes in the dirt "She is right though these cats are more likely to back me up then you. Last chance want to really go through with this? If your not careful you could get injured...or worse." He said threateningly.

RunningPath yawned, not being annoyed, or threatened or anything. She just sat there, staring at Rancid. "Do you really think I'm scared?" She didn't care if she fought right now, but she wouldn't like it. She stood up, and prowled around him, her claws now getting unsheathed. Her eyes started to narrow a bit, becoming cold as ice.

Rain hissed at the she-cat then jumped into the nearest tree ready to watch this little clan know-it-all get torn apart. She was perched so she could jump in when and if needed. "Stupid clan-cats think they know everything", she spat.

RunningPath kept circling around Rancid, hearing Rain's comment. "I know I don't know everything, and I really don't know if I can take this cat on at all." She still circled him, waiting for his move, with her tail swishing side to side.

Rancid laughed he hadn't gotten into a good fight in long while. Flexing his shoulders and claws he let the cat circle him for a few moments. The frenzy took control and there was no going back. He flung himself around in a flurry leaping onto the cat. you took it too far, now you have to pay he thought.

Rain squealed in excitement hopefully she could join this fight to.

RunningPath brought her back feet on the underbelly of Rancid, not yet harming him. She looked up at him, seeing some emotion she has never seen. Was he feeling bad about this though? She didn't know. "I really don't feel like fighting, but hey, go ahead and hurt me. I don't feel like fighting back, but I will defend."

Rancid ripped his claws through her stomach his long claws sinking in deep leaving tracks that would leave scars. He didn't stop raking his claws for several minutes. When he was satisfied with himself he leaned in to whisper. "If you fancy you see weakness in these eyes you are surely and sorely mistaken." He hissed jumping off and kicking some dirt onto the cat that would really sting if they got caught in the cuts. He started to walk away not bothering to clean the blood from his claws and blood droplets hanging from his maw.

Rain jumped down from the tree. "Wait Rancid lets finish her off. It'll be one less clan rat to deal with", She purred in excitement. She hoped they wouldd finish her off she hated the clan cats as much as rancid and wanted revenge. And who would guess it is laying here helpless in the dirt.

RunningPath stood up barely, a slight groan coming from her muzzle. She did it on purpose, to ,let them win. She suddenly let out a wail, "WhisperTail!" She knew he couldn't hear her, but she wanted to scream someone's name. She suddenly ran up to Rancid, and landed on his back. She sunk her claws deep into his side, biting at his spine. "Who said I saw weakness? Although I hear you fancy SnowFeather." She managed to whisper, although she just said a random female's name. She just figured Snowfeather, since she confronted him at the gathering. She got up from Rancid, soon falling over to the side. She didn't really want to, but she wanted to rest for a while, basically saying they won that fight, for now.

"Snowfeather is foolish, just like you." He hissed. "And she will die, just like you." hope that's comforting he though to himself shaking his fur to let the air go through it. "Whispertail? whos whispertail huh, whoever he is he isn't coming here to save you now. No one can save you.

Rain smirked and walked off in the opposite direction of Rancid.

RunningPath looked at Rancid, her tail tip twitching. She suddenly stood up, but easily fell back down. She didn't like being hurt, but she knew this was a way to make them think that ShadowClan was weak. She laughed slightly, staring.

Shadowpelt ran from the bushes, jumping onto 'Rancid's back, tearing fur, scratching eyes and biting ears, "Get away from my Clanmate!" She hissed, ahh, fur in my claws. I haven't Battled for Moons and this is like falling asleep after a Gathering.
