Leo relaxed, "Cicatrice!" she mewed, she padded over. "Why were you following me?" she asked, growling slightly.

Slightly dissapointed, and irritated that she hadn't gotten to sink her claws into any cat's pelt yet, Kiki followed. So they know each other? Still so interesting!

"Who is watching the kits?" she asked. "Minnow? no! NO!"

Kiki, somewhat startled by Leo's outburst, twitched her whiskers. "If you want, I can be of some service," she mewed helpfully, seeing the opportunity unveil itself before her.

Cicatrice looked at Leo, and his eyes narrowed.

"Don't be foul, I was following you. I was curious about how you act when you weren't near me. And believe me, I've scared Minnow out of her wits. I can track her just like that, and the kits as well."

His bobtail twitched, claws scratching over the earth.

"I see that you were not a cat who I thought you were. You are too friendly. I thought you would of been.. hateful, mean."

His eyes narrowed at her.

Leo growled, her fur rising. "Friendly? I was not being Friendly! But I don't attack every cat I meet! Either I watch them or I meet them first! I'm not blinded by blood on my claws! But if you think that I'm a friendly go-getting cat then you don't know me one bit!" she hissed. Then turned to Kiki, "Not now Kiki..." she growled.

Kiki's eyes narrowed and her whiskers twitched, but she remained quiet and where she was. She wasn't going anywhere, now.

Cicatrice rested his tail tip on Leo's shoulder.

"I wasn't finished, and now I really am not. Leo, I understand what you mean, but this cat looked rather friendly at first, or rather soft. But since you have introduced yourself to her, and she is bloodthirsty as us, maybe she can help."

His bobtail twitched again, and looked at Kiki.

"If she wishes."

Yes, he was trying to hide the pain from the insult that Leo had shot at him. He didn't like it when she insulted him, it made him feel horrible, but he never showed it.

Leo sighed, "Yes, Moonlight has abandoned us. Remind me to get her back, But we do need and extra paw." she said. "What do you think Kiki?"

Kiki's eyes gleamed as she flexed her claws. "I can't think of anything more interesting," she mewed a bit darkly. "Just tell me what to do and it's as good as done."

"Well," Leo started, "We have these kits and my sister captive out in Braken River. We need help guarding them, Its seven to two. Even though they are weak we still have to catch all their food." Leo said.

His ears twitched, he stared at Kiki. This cat can not be trusted, he knew that for certain, something was weird about this she-cat.

"You do not have to take orders all the time, but it would be nice if to watch the kits, like Leo said."

He looked at Leo, and nodded slightly.

"Leo, if you will, can you hunt. I will find you later."

He looked at Kiki.

"I'm Cicatrice, by the way."

He wondered if this she-cat could scent a little RiverClan on his pelt, even though that was thousands of moons ago.

Leo looked at him and smiled, "Yeah, I'll hunt. Catch up with you later."

Kiki's excitement faltered and she retracted her claws. Kit-watching hadn't exactly been what she had in mind. She shrugged it off. "Very well. Nice to meet you, anyway." She began looking him over, the same way she had first looked at Leo. He seemed different than she did. Something about him told her that he could have once fit in with the Clan cats. Maybe one Clan in particular. However, the name or reason was lost on her.
