Pandora;;
Leaves rustling, Pandora emerged from the bushes, blue eyes narrowed suspiciously. Raising her head slightly, she glanced around at her surroundings, expecting to see a cat or at least some sort of sign of a cat. But there was nothing. Nothing at all. Which she found quite suspicious, considering she was trespassing on the territory of a Clan. Clan cats were supposed to be very protective of their borders, were they not?
Hmm. Raising a thin eyebrow, she shook her head, black-dipped ears flicking. She would give it some more time.
Parting her lips slightly, she checked the air for any new scents, tail tip twitching impatiently. Obviously, there were cats on these lands. Their scent was everywhere. And she was aware of that. But she did not want to have to approach the cats of the clan. She preferred to have them find her. Sure, it would make her appear to be more of a threat. A rogue she-cat sneaking around in the shadows of the territory furtively was definitely not a positive sign.
Sighing quietly, Pandora continued to move forward, her pads kissing the ground lightly with each step, leaving their childish kisses. Yet another sign of her presence. Smirking, she reclined to her haunches for a moment, pondering her options. Boredom was beginning to set in on her. Oh, she did not deal well with boredom. It made her cause trouble, something she really did not want to try on these lands...yet.
Glancing sideways, Pandora studied the trees that towered over head and surrounded her, though she hadn't seen many other patches of trees on the territory. Tensing her muscles, she sprang up from her relaxed, reclined position, landing gracefully and silently on a thick branch that extended from one of the larger trees. Blinking her eyes a few times, she tip-toed her way to the very thin end of the branch, feeling it sink a bit under her weight. It still appeared to be sturdy, despite her weight. Thus, she did not freight about the possibility of it snapping.
Cats always landed on their feet, anyways.
Pandora was no exception.
Wrapping her tail around the branch below her paws, Pandora resumed her sitting position, gaze fixated on the space before her. It would not be long now. Surely, a clan cat would pick up the unfamiliar scent and come speeding out to find the source. Was that how Clans worked?
She would find out soon enough.
