[Mangoleaf and Blood/open] Awkward

Rain sat with her tail over her neat paws. She had recently licked them clean when she smelled a familiar scent or wait it was two scents. She smelt the faint scent of Blood and Mangoleaf. But she convinced herself that they had not been together, I mean surely Blood wasn't going after her daughter. She frowned at the thought of the tom she once loved being with her sweet little Mangoleaf. She shivered with disgust at the thought.

Mangoleaf was padding beside Blood, talking about clanlife and stuff like that. She realized Blood wasn't really paying attention and she sniffed the air, she scented her mother and bounded over, "Mom!" she mewed.

Rain's eyes widened as she saw her daughter. It took her a moment to heave he large belly up to pad over to her daughter. "Maongoleaf how are you?", she purred licking her ear. She didn't yet see the handsome tom she had loved quite yet.

"Darling, Over here! I have someone I want you to meet." she purred. Then she looked at her mother.

Rain looked at her confused. "Who are you talking to love?", she asked. But as soon as the question had left her mouth she froze. The fresh scent wafted over her nose and taunted her. "Blood?", she asked warily.

"Yeah!? You know him?" she purred happily, smiling wide.

[Tanglekit]

"Umm ya I guess you could say that. How do you know him?", she asked not sure what she would do if he walked through those bushes.

"Well, he's my mate now, I guess. We just had this.. connection." she purred

[Tanglekit]

"Oh.", she almost choked. Pain overwhelmed her face at the thought of Blood loving her daughter the way he had once loved her. She almost collapsed not sure what to say or do. She knew that being this upset could cause problems for her down the road. How could he have fallen in love with her daughter. A huge hole in her heart screamed as the pain tore her apart.

Blood walked beside Mangoleaf and then turned to see Rain after he had turned his head. His eyes widened at the familiar she cat he had once loved. He had kept a grudge against her and Jayclaw. His heart had crumbled afterwards, he dug his claws into the ground to stop his anger then relaxed. "Rain..."

Rain winced at the sound of her name. She cowered back not being able to move very fast. She tried to conceal her face and silver tears began to line her face. "B-Blood", she blubbered as her heart was torn to pieces. She began to step away wearily not wanting to be here but every step was gut-wrenching.

Mangoleaf's gaze flickered from her mate to Rain, an awkward tension in the air. "You... You know each other?" she asked, oblivious to their history.

"Yes...this she-cat scratched through my heart ten thousand times shredding what I had left when it came to love for her..." he mewed coldly showing no true emotion but only showing that his heart had been torn. He looked to Mangoleaf "I found her with a tom named Jayclaw a few months back his sent all over her....only then did I realize what they had done" he mewed with the same coldness but turned his head to her for the second part.

Mangoleaf stood in silence, she didn't really know what to say. She studied her paws, avoiding both of their gazes.
