Leafheart waited at the edge of the clearing near Kiki's tree. She had come at the usual time and place to see her son Spotpaw. He was supposed to be the greatest of warriors and now he was just loner that he was supposed to be trained to attack. She was here to beg and plead for her son to return to her and her clan. That was his home and he was missed dearly by his family. Tigerfang could see him whenever but Leafheart and so many others missed Spotpaw. Lavanderpaw was depressed and mopey, Leafheart was sad and lobely, and Spotpaw was missing out on the right's that he was born to. He had the right to become the best apprentice that he could. She feared for him also. If another warrior came about they wouldn't see him as Leafheart's son, they would see him as a loner and even with Tigerfang's training and teaching he would not experience the true joy of learning the warrior code. If he stayed out here then he was turning his back on Starclan and everthing that hey were taught as kits.

Spotpaw came out to see his mother not to far from the edge of a clearing. He ran up to her and nuzzled her "Hello mother" he mewed. He looked to her knowing what she would ask.."fine if it will make you happy I will return to Shadowclan..."' he mewed nuzzling her even more..

Leafheart smiled with pride and joy when Spotpaw answered her unasked question. He would not regret the day when he was named warrior and he took a true mate in the ways of the clan. And when he to felt the pride and amazement when his own kits grew up. She licked his forehead nuzzling him back. "We had better tell Tigerfang.", she purred not moving. If anything she didn't want to go near that tree. SPotpaw would have to bring him out because she was not going to go into Kiki's den and start trouble.
