Leafheart was picking around the alleys. It was dark and cold and scary. Even for a warrior it was mysterious and frightening. It disturbed her that Skapha could feel comfortable in such a creepy place. She heard a trash can lid hit the ground and she hissed. Her back arched in fear and she was backed up against a wall. "Skapha?", she called softly. She didn't want to attract unnecessary attention, she didn't even want to be there at all but she really wanted to see Skapha.

A loud boom came from atop of the garbage bing beside the trash can which had fallen as the black shadow moved the top of the bin. Its red eyes glowed as it stayed a shadow. The tom slowly came into the light limping in an odd way, Skapha saw his beloved Leafheart. He jumped down to her and nuzzled her then limped back on his paw to sit.

Leafheart frowned when she saw Skapha's limp. She felt a shiver of worry go through her and she choked back her instinct as a queen to care for him. "Hello Skapha, I have missed you so much.", she purred softly nuzzling him back. She had so many things to tell him and so many experiences to share, but the pressing matter at hand was him being hurt. "Are you alright?", she asked softly. since Tigerfang had left her she had been having those nightmares about the kitty-pet he had killed and they had been coming back whenever she heard a loud noise or cats talking to loud but being around Skapha had mad things a little better.

Skapha smiled when he heard her start to worry about him. "Yeah I am fine" he mewed looking to his back paw " Your talking to the cat who runs these streets" he giggled at the thought "It was just a little dog fight, not much of a problem they had gone around one of our only main food area really left and well we had to stand our ground" he smiled and sat there "I have missed you too".

Leafheart shuddered when she heard the word dog, but mostly because she thought of the noises involved in fights. Her nightmares came back to life and she shivered down to the bone. She didn't like to see Skapha like the ruthless king of the streets, but more as her own sweet Skapha. But she could never fully hide out to reality of everything. She walked over to were he was sitting and began to lick his leg. Hopefully the warm strokes of her tongue would relax his muscles and get rid of the soreness and the limp. "I am glad you missed me.", she smiled continuing with her licking.

"Hey Skapha, I.....who's this?" Another voice spoke up now, two gray eyes appearing in the dark. The voice was familiar and soon enough, Skapha's second in commannd, Birsk slipped silently out of the shadows. His approach was somewhat wary and tense, not liking the scent of this she-cat. She wasn't from around here, so what was she doing talking to Skapha? His eyes studies her suspiciously, noting she was pretty enough, but he would never think of flirting with a she-cat that had caught his leader's attention.

Leafheart backed away mechanically, a new scent crossed her nose burning it in disgust. It smelled slightly similar to Skapha but that was not what had scorched her nose it was something else that just smelled off. She gave a silent hiss unsheathing her claws silently. She arched her back looking over the tom warily. She didn't know who this tom was or where he knew Skahpa from, but it would take every thing he had if he intended to get rid of her. Or maybe that was why he was here to get rid of her. To kill her swiftly so he could keep his leader far away from the clans. But what he didn't know was that she had never told anyone about Skapha, not even her best friend so he would remain her sweet secret.

Skapha smiled and Birsk as he came out "Hello Birsk" he mewed to the grey tom who had come up from behind him. He turned with a smile to Leafheart only to soon frown in confusion to her as he saw her back away. "Leafheart there is no need to worry this is my finest crew member, Leafheart, Birsk...Birsk, Leafheart" he mewed looking back and forth from them.

Leafheart relaxed enough to let her fur lie flat but she wasn't going any closer to him. She didn't want anything to do with a crew, she knew it was a part of Skapha and that if she wanted to be with him she would have to accept it, but still. It was a new thing to her and she was going to be very cautious. She sat back down and continued to lick Skaphas leg, she felt like a queen again taking care of Lavanderpaw and Spotpaw. It soothed her, making this new stranger seem even less strange to her.

Birsk was just as unnerved by the she-cat, keeping his own distance but not unsheathing his claws just yet. He went by Skapha's orders on that, and right now he didn't seem to be treating her as the enemy. He nodded to the she-cat, smiling handsomely. He didn't see her as a threat if his leader didn't. "Leafheart....she's a clan cat, boss?"

Skapha nodded "Yes, Shadowclan... I rather like the name" he grinned. He was happy to see both of them relax after they no longer saw each other as a total threat. He let leafheart lick his leg for it seemed to help take the pain away though he would never admit that it hurt.

Leafheart paused from her licking his leg to nod at the toms question. Then she began to lick Skapha's chest, this was her only time to see Skapha before she had to return to camp and she wasn't going to miss a second because someone was watching. Her strokes began to get longer and longer until she was satisfied that he was clean enough. She was purring very loudly by then and she was happy that she at least got this short time with him.

He blinked, feeling a little uncomfortable with the two. He had come to ask his boss a question and now it had clearly left his mind at this new cat. "Shadowclan.....why is she here Boss? To see you?" He asked, glancing to the his leader. Clan cats didn't come around here usually.

Skapha nodded "Tell no one though she could end up in danger" he mewed trying to keep his voice calm. He didn't need her in danger because of him saying they were together for he didn't want anything bad to happen he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if something did.

She was looking for something to eat. Kari's poor stomach was growling even louder than it was an hour ago. Perhaps Skapha would know where to get some food.

Kari quickly picked up his scent among the alleys and began to jump from fences and rooftops as quickly as she could. This time she watched her footing carefully so as not to mess up on getting food quick.

Her belly was growling so loudly she was sure it was about to form words and protest to her for she could understand in her language.

Looking down into an alley, her eyes brightened as she saw Skapha, but then narrowed at the sight of that moaning she-cat from before.

She clawed down towards the ground and mewed,"Looks like you've found a lost looker there, Skapha." Kari motioned towards Leafheart with her tail and smiled as she saw Birsk.
