The little apprentice was limping in, bloody paw prints marking the ground where she walked. All her paws were bleeding, along with her flank and legs. One of her eyes was closed shut due to a major cut wound above her right eye.

She had a hard time seeing, and her breath was ragged. She needed a Medicine Cat, but she wasn't sure if she came fast enough.

Her tail was limp on the ground, being dragged. She hated this feeling, she never felt the feeling of pain, suffer.

SparklePaw's left eye was no longer sparkling, it was just dull, and slightly clouded.

Patchedfoot had been looking out the entrance when this cat came stumbling in. She ran over to the cat. "Great Starclan! What happened to you?!" She gasped before stopping herself. "Nevermind, you need a medicine cat!" She pushed up on the side so that she could help to hold the young cat up. "Moonspirit!" She yowled

Moonspirit came from the medicine cat den, she gasped at Sparklepaw. "Get her into a nest, I can't examine a toppling apprentice." she guided the two cats to a prepared nest in her den. "Lay down now, What happened?"

She groaned a bit, getting settled in the nest which was laid out in the Medicine Cat's den.

"Can't remember.. All I remember is claws.. teeth.. fur.. pain.."

She closed her eyes tightly, trying to get an image, but nothing showed. She was too blinded by shock from the attack, since it was such a surprise.

"Should of been.. more.. careful."

She murmured.

Moonspirit sniffed her wounds, she sighed. "All right, just rest young one." she raced to her den and got out Cobwebs, Goldenrod and Poppy seeds. She started to stop the bleeding of the wounds. "This may sting."

The she-cat groaned, and winced. She didn't like how bad it stung, but she would have to suck it up. Her eye was still clouded, looking up at MoonSpirit.

"Am.. I going to live..?"

Moonspirit smiled, she nodded, "Yes! Of coarse you'll live." She licked up the left over blood and then started making a poultice. "This quick poultice will clean you up. But you'll have to stay here for a bit."

Of course, SparklePaw might not live, but that would have to be seen later on. She just gave MoonSpirit a smile, her one dull eye not making any emotion.

Once Sparklepaw was all cleaned up Moonspirit gave her a few poppy seeds and some Thyme. "Eat these and you should have a nice easy sleep." She mewed. "Tell me if you need anything."

She smiled again, before she lapped up the seeds and thyme, she said something that she thought might be important.

"MoonSpirit.. I'm not hungry.. or thristy at all. Is that bad? And.. I saw something.. before I got attacked.."

She coughed a bit, her eye still staring up at the pretty medicine cat.

She nodded, "What did you see Sparklepaw? Was it abnormal?" she asked curiously. "Was it your attacker?"

She winced.

"It was.. before the attack. I don't know what it was.. but it was.. dark.. real dark.. it looked like it was going to engulf me.. then it went white. Pure white."

She looked at her paws, then looked at her with her one eye.

"And.. it looked like it was in the shape of a cat.. but I don't know.. but where it's mouth would of been.. it was openning and closing, as if it was.. trying to tell me.. something. Then it disappeared.. and then the attacker came.."

She sighed.

"What does that mean..?"

She looked down.

"I think you might have been met by a StarClan cat. Probably trying to warn you about the attacker." She shook her head. "Did you hear anything?" She needed answers before the poppy seeds made her go out like a light.

She shook her head, trying to remember as clear as possible.

"I.. didn't hear anything. Didn't hear the attacker.. and now that I think about it.. after I noticed I was attack.. t-t-there was no trace.. of the attack.. no fur.. paw-prints.. scent.. nothing!"

She looked up at her, concern now in her dull eye.

She shook her head, "Sleep now." She shook her head and sighed, "We will talk after you sleep. Let the Thyme calm you." she smiled sweetly and sat down.
