The white she-cat padded in, her ears flickering. She was glad that Hawktalon loved her back, but would she be able to stay in Riverclan?

HawkTalon said he would of preferred her not in RiverClan right now, because of how CrookedStar was acting. She doesn't blame him, but she missed RiverClan. A lot.

She sat down near the entrance, knowing she still wasn't all that welcomed. Her gaze traveled through the camp, and sighed.

Hawktalon padded over to her, two pieces of freshkill in his mouth. He had two mice, one looking much better than the other. He nudged it to her as he sat down beside her. "Hungry?" He asked smiling before seeing her worried look. "Something wrong....?" He nuzzled her shoulder with concern. His ears flickered, drooping slightly with worry for her. "I mean, I know you haven't been here in a while..." He rubbed his shoulder against her, his green eyes trained on her.

SnowFeather blinked, and purred when HawkTalon came over.

"Not really hungry, but I should eat. It's tough during Leaf-bare."

She took a small bite, then licked her lips.

"I'm fine.. It's just so different now."

She nuzzled his cheek.

"I'm so happy you love me though.. It makes everything better."

She purred.

Hawktalon purred, a big rusty deep purr. He was glad she started eating, taking a bite out of his own mouse. He licked his lips, glancing to her with a smile as she nuzzled his cheek. "Yeah, I guess it is. Never thought about how it would be to you..." He said thoughtfully, then flicked her ear with his tail. "And I always will, promise."

Snowfeather let out another purr, and nuzzled his cheek.

She gave his shoulder a quick lick before taking another bite of her mouse.

Hawktalon grinned, never feeling happier. He glanced down to his paws, shuffling them with embarrassment at what he said next. "I'm glad you finally know I like you....I've liked you since we were apprentices, but never had the guts to tell you..." He said sheepishly, glancing to her then back to his paws. "Then you finally said it first..."

Snowfeather nuzzled him.

"I'm glad I finally had the guts. I've always liked you at the start, as well."

She purred, taking another bite of the mouse.

"Come now, need to finish that mouse, eh?"

Hawktalon blinked in surprise. "Really...you did?" He chuckled. "I wish I had known that earlier. But at least we know now..." He said lightly, before nodding. "Alright.." He said, taking a bit of his own mouse.

She laughed a bit, and nudged him.

"Eyy. That's alright. We still had a big bond."

She mew'd, a soft purr erupting from her chest.

Hawktalon nodded, laughing. "You're right. We've always been close. It would have been weird if we had picked other cats." He said, unable to not purr in response to hers. He finished off his mouth, glancing to the entrance of camp. "Hmm....either way this happens, Needleheart won't come back. But...will we have a leader is the main question."

"If you say what is true about CrookedStar.. that she's became.. Crazy.. I wouldn't think of anything happier for her. You know? I mean.. like.. She will be better in StarClan.. right?"

Hawktalon shrugged, frowning. "I guess so...if that puts her mind to ease. I'd be more worried if she was still this way and guiding us in Starclan...that would not be good." He said, shaking his head. His eyes met hers and then he nuzzled her softly. "Not that I'm wishing she was gone...but maybe you could stay if she was..."

"I don't know.. She seemed odd when we were about to fight ThunderClan.."
