Leopardclaw was waiting patiently outside her den. How could these cats try to take his babies away from him. He growled and charged into her den. He layed down next to her and licked his head. "It is alright no one will take our babies.", he sighed glaring at Miraclefur and Stormstrike.

She purred, licking his cheek. "They are your kits too Leopardclaw, I know we can make this work." she nuzzled him and pressed close to him.

Dappledleaf padded through camp, the pretty calico she-cat still somehow graceful even though she was pretty heavy with kits. Most cats would only look that way the week or two before the kits were due, but she wasn't even close yet! How many kits was she having??? She sighed, padding past Firestar's den. A little mouse scurried past, a puff of snow in it's wake. She crouched, pouncing on it. She purred, flicking her tail. Even burdened down with kits, she was still a dangerous huntress. It made her happy.

Stormstrike didn't say a word as Firestar snapped at him and Miraclefur got frustrated and left. He glanced to Leopardclaw, not daring to comment back. He dipped his head to them, speaking one last thing to his leader. "I am sorry if it sounded like I was trying to, it was just a suggestion. With whatever you choose, I will support your decision and do whatever you need." He said quietly, looking up to her once before turning and padding out of the den. His eyes caught sight of his own mate and the burden seemed to be lifted and he smiled. "Dappledleaf is still a dangerous threat I see, I just wonder how our kits will be. Just like you I hope." He said lightly, padding over to her and licking her cheek.

Dappledleaf purred, flicking her tail. "If I wasn't a dangerous threat anymore, I'd have no point to exist, because I wouldn't be able to protect my mate and kits and clan." She said, nuzzling him. "I can't wait for new leaf to get here." She said with a happy sigh, flicking her tail up under his chin and batting his ears playfully, all while somehow keeping a hold on that mouse she grabbed.
