Dustypaw was surprised to hear his name being called, and when he turned, he saw Featherpaw coming toward him, Rainwing behind him. He shrunk a little, just the fact she was female causing the instinctual reaction in him. He had already slunk away from Maplepaw when she snapped at him for helping. He didn't know why he was surprised when she did, she always snapped at him. She was quite abusive, and he hated it. There was nothing he could do about it though. He just hoped that she wouldn't help with fishing practice. He knew Sunlight was trying to be nice, but he didn't want to have to watch his back every second while trying to learn. It just got tiring after a while.

Dustypaw noticed the change in Sunlight as Rainwing approached. It seemed like she was purposely ignoring him, purposely directing her questions toward Featherpaw. She also had this blank look on her face, something that Dustypaw had never seen on her before. What was up with that? He felt tension between the two, but didn't know what it was about or what to think of it.

Rainwing felt even more uncomfortable his attempt at being friendly wa met with a cold and almost angry look from Sunlight. He had really messed up...Sunlight was the first she-cat he had really loved, and the only one at that. But then it got complicated, him being the medicine cat and her from another clan. He had never really gotten another chance to speak with her and she had a right to be angry with him...,but the truth was, he did still have feelings for her. Even though he knew, here in Riverclan with Thunderpelt, would be the beat thing for both of them. He still needed to clear the air with her though... "Thunderclan's fine...so is Icepaw. How are you...I mean, is Riverclan doing alright?

Featherpaw could feel some tension too, so she just nodded along to what Rainwing said. She then turned her attention to the siblings. "So have you been practicing catching fish, Dustypaw? Maplepaw?"

Thunderpelt looked as Sunlight began to act odd and he was taken aback by her emotionless expression. He saw Rainwing from across the border along with Featherpaw. He smiled gently to the apprentice and then turned back towards the Thunderclan medicine cat. He was never really sure what had gone on between Rainwing and Sunlight made it all the more obvious. They had gotten close, or so it seemed, and his sudden reappearance made his pelt prickle a little. Of course he had nothing to be angry about he was just a little jealous. "Hello Rainwing, Featherpaw", he mewed happily to the arriving tom and she-cat. He gave Sunlight a quick lick on the shoulder before looking at her directly. "Do you want me to stay or should I take the apprentices back to camp?", he whispered in his merry little tone, so as only she could here, already over the ordeal from a little while ago. He was already over her look and although it had hurt, he could endure, for it was his own fault. He didn't know if she wanted privacy with this tom, to talk or do whatever they did when they were alone. But if on the odd chance that she wanted to stay it would be a glorious day for him to stay by her side, and prove that he could heal the scars that Rainwing had inflicted.

SunLight let the claws slip from her paws while they ached. She wanted to swipe them across RainWing's muzzle. He should know how she feels. How she was doing.

"RiverClan doing fine since you're gone, you were driving cats mad with emotions," she said in a rather rude tone. Rainwing should know that she was referring herself, and not the clan at all, "Thank you for leaving, for RiverClan has been feeling rather wonderful with you gone."

After that moment, she felt the lick upon her shoulder, which made her move even closer to ThunderPelt.

"You may stay," she whispered softly in a lovingly tone, "I'm glad you have calmed down..."

Her eyes turned back to Rainwing, which lead her eyes into pure ice once more. She was still angered with that tom. He ignored her after he left RiverClan, which made her plumet into the ground. It wasn't a swell idea... to leave her like that, now was it?

Her claws were now sheathed again, since ThunderPelt was there. She may of found someone to love once more, but time will surely tell.

She still liked RainWing, that was true, but she was too angry to care anymore about him. She couldn't. She shouldn't.

"When will IcePaw be back? He must be feeling really uncomfortable with you around all the time..." she hissed, letting her tail lash back and forth rather angerily, "FeatherPaw, how about you play with the apprentice's for a while..."

Rainwing visibly winced at her sharp and unfriendly tone, but he tried to not show his emotions as much with the others around. "That's good to hear...I'm glad Riverclan is doing well. It was my home temporarily and it would to hear that it was hurting." He responded calmly, his eyes on hers, seeming to ask for nothing but forgiveness. He hadn't meant to ignore her, he had just been so busy and Starclan could see his feelings for the she-cat...everything would fall apart for them if he choose to spend more time with her. But he couldn't say that to her face...

"Icepaw is recovering quickly...I think he's actually begun to trust me that i won't untentionally hurt him. Since my job is to heal cats not injure them.." He replied to her other blow of words, trying to keep his voice level and clear. She was so angry with him...
