Firestar bounded up to the meeting place and called out, "All cats, old enough to catch their own prey, please gather beneath here for a clan meeting." her fiery eyes burned and her pelt was glowing with self-confidence after the Gathering.[/color][/center][/font]

Ravenstone padded stiffly and sluggishly towards the Clan's gathering place. He was still awfully tired from the Gathering not so long ago, and felt a pain growing in his neck. The black tom wanted nothing more than to lie back down in his warm, soft nest and sleep it off. But apparently Firestar had other plans. What could it be now? She didn't say anything peculiar at the Gathering. He twitched his whiskers in faint curiosity and waited for the others to arrive.

DarkNight slowly slipped out of the warrior's den, looking around for AshRose. There was something about her... What was it? She seemed to different. Well, obviously she was, but the point is, he just couldn't stop thinking about her.

She didn't really say anything to him, though... She seemed to ignore his presence at the fight. Maybe he shouldn't of bothered.

He slowly sighed, and sat down near the entrance, dipping his head in a sad manner.

Sunlight slowly slipped back into camp, with a few fish in her jaws. She placed them on the pile, before her ears heard the call of a meeting. She quivered her whiskers, water droplets going everywhere, kinda.

She sat down beside Ravenstone, and gave him a curt nod of a greeting.

MiracleFur padded out of the Medicine Cat's den, and sat down near the entrance. She thought she knew what this was about.

[Dappledleaf's many, many, many kits xD]

Dappledleaf padded out of the nursery, her kits behind her. Out of her eight or nine kits that had originally been in her little, only six were left. Little Sonnetkit had simply just disappeared one day. The others...well sickness and predators had taken them away. Dappledleaf didn't want to believe it but Sonnetkit had probably drowned in the river and been eated by some large scary fish or something.

Lymrickit dartout and after his mother. The odd little tabby had the funny lop ears of a Scottish Fold. They would straighten out eventually but till then they were folded over. He flicked his little tail, the young tom just at the age for being made an apprentice. He looked over his shoulder, the odd tabby/calico tom wriggling excitedly. "C'mon you guys!" he mewed to his siblings.

Ravenstone blinked when he saw Sunlight sit nearby, and returned the gesture. He didn't really know this she-cat, but she was a Clanmate none the less. "Hello, Sunlight," he mewed plainly but politely. "How's the prey running for you?" The black tom didn't seem all that focused at the moment. The tiredness was still pulling at his paws to ignore the meeting and nap it off, and there was also just the straight boredom he felt. He hadn't felt up to all that much, lately.

Tundrakit squealed excitedly as he bounded past his mother along with his brothers and sisters. The white kit's green eyes shone brightly in the sun, revealing every bit of excitement he felt. This was the day that he and his siblings had been waiting for for six whole moons! His folded little ear-tips seemed to twitch happily.

He bounced right beside Lymrickit and nudged him playfully with his shoulder. "We're going to be apprentices!" he squeaked with another hop into the air.

Dappledleaf chuckled, her bright green eyes flashing in amusement. Oh how she adored these kits. Her fur seemed to be glowing with pride. The calico she-cat kept a close eye on the little children that were bounding around her paws and leaping and squealing about.

Lymrickit smiled, giggling himself. He pounced onto his brother rolling over and playfully chewing on his ear gently. His little tail flicked back and forth as his emotions churned. "If you hop any higher you'll turn into a bird and fly away! I must sit on you to keep you from turning into a bird." He said resolutely, plopping his little behind on his brother.

Tundrakit laughed as his brother knocked him over onto his flank. He could feel teeth lightly going at his ear. It felt annoying, but the white tom just went on laughing as he tried to push the tabby off of him. "Hey!" he squealed, "get off 'a me, you great pile of fur!" But at his brother's next claim, he stopped fidgeting and felt his eyes widen as far as they could go. "Really? A bird? That would be so cool!" The young tom tried to imagine himself as a big, powerful hawk, or maybe a seagull. "Then I'll jump all the way to the sun!" he promised with a smile. "At least, I would if I could get up!"

Lymrickit quit worrying his brother's ear with his little teeth, staying firmly planted where he was. "NO! You can't! Then I'll never see you again! Or I might mistake you for food and eat you!" He said, his normally big green eyes getting huger. He looked down at his brother, his eyes still wide. "I don't wanna eat you!" He mewed, looking at his mother. "Mum....I don't wanna eat Tundrakit...." He said worriedly, flicking his little tail.

The Riverclan deputy sat by his leader, radiating pride and happiness. His kits...HIS kits were about to becoming apprentices and he couldn't be happier. Stormstrike saw his mate and he smiled, a deep purr emitting from him.

Tornadokit watched his brothers play, eyes lit with a calm amusement. He and Tundrakit were twins and they looked very similiar, but they had a very different outlook on life. Tornadokit, unlike his name, was much calmer and more thoughtful. But he was just as excited as his brothers, he just didn't express it the same way.

"Mother, its amazing! We're going to be apprentices!" The next kit to speak up was little Stormkit, a complete copy of his father. His blue eyes looked up to his mother and he grinned happily.

Tundrakit snorted an battled his brother's ear. "Oh, please! Like you'd even be fast enough to catch me!" His green eyes gleamed mischievously. "I'd be the fastest bird ever! And if you did get close, and scratch you with my talons." Then he just laughed again and tackled the tabby to the ground once his front was turned to Dappledleaf. "Ya see?" The white kit let his claws just touch his brother's pelt. He would never even consider digging them in to hurt Lymrickit. It was all in fun.

"Mom he's gonna eat me!" Lymrickit squealed, his green eyes wide as he wriggled. "He's one of those hawks and he's gonna eat me!" He wriggled harder, getting out from underneath his brother and darting behind his mother. Dappledleaf couldn't help but laugh at their antics. They weren so amusing to her. The calico she-cat purred, her ears out to the side in contentment.

Tundrakit purred in triumph. "You bet I am! I'm gonna carry you off to my nest in a tree and eat you up!" The white kit stumbled a bit as his brother squirmed free, and then bounced after him over towards Dappledleaf. "Momma! Do you think I'll be as big as a hawk when I'm older?" he asked, a broad smile across his face. "I'd be the biggest warrior in RiverClan!"

Lymrickit squealed. "Momma don't let him eat me!" Dappledleaf couldn't help but laugh. "You will be bigger than a hawk." Dappledleaf told her son, nudging him gently with her nose. "Now come children. Behave yourselves." She mewed, little Lymrickit coming and sitting by his mother's side.
