Ravenstone rolled his eyes. He'd heard enough. "Whatever. You're insane, and I don't have time to listen to your rambling. Go fuss over your devil spawn of an apprentice- at least, that's what you sound like you want him to be." The black tom blinked, then turned around promptly toward the camp exit.

She growled, and shook her head side to side. He wouldn't understand. No one would. At least, that is what it seemed to be.

Icepaw thought he had caught his name on the light breeze, and turned to face Ravenstone arguing against Needleheart. His whiskers twitched in curiosity. What was all this about? The young tom gave the fur on his chest a few quick licks, then padded over to his mentor. "Needleheart? What happened?" His blue eyes blinked with a desire to know. "What were you growling with him about?"
