Dappledleaf purred as her kits nuzzled in closer. My beautiful children..... she thought contentedly. Her eyes drifted to Stormstrike, and she nuzzled his shoulder. "Look how beautiful they are...." She said tiredly. She was tired after all. It was tiring work dragging around a big belly all day! and then having to shove out the ten kits inside? Oh nu-uh! No one could even think of blaming her for being tired.

"They're all because of you dear..." Stormstrike murmured, nuzzling her neck affectionately and licking her cheek. He was so proud but he could see she was tired. "Would you like me to leave or stay, you need to get some rest...." He murmured lightly, looking to her with concern.

Three kits crowded around the rest of their siblings. The white kit of the three was Knightkit, the bigger one that was black, brown, gray and white was Tornadokit and last but not least, the smallest and the one that looked exactly like their father was Stormkit.
