Starkit sneaks on in.....

The small black tom kit padded into Thunderclan territory, his body low to the ground. He could smell the strange waterfowl birds that resided in the marsh and he was intent on getting one. The kit was black, with white flecks all over his coat. He crouched, just beside a sprig of wild garlic, hoping the strong scent would hide his own. He was stalking something. Whether it be a big swamp rabbit or a duck, he didn't know. He scrunched down and pounced, killing the creature. It was a big swamp rabbit. He had been wrong about the duck but oh well. He started eating, his ears swiveling in ever direction.

Clear was in a tree, his long light gray tail swishing side to side. He stared down at the black puff ball, licking his lips. He thought it was a mouse of course, just a dark mouse, with white on it. He was so hungry, his stomach growling. His claws unsheathed as he walked near the edge of a branch, jumping down, landing beside the puffball. He suddenly noticed it was a kit, not a mouse. "Eek!!! I thought you were a mouse, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" His claws sheathed, his fur fluffed out, only cause of fear.

Starkit was partially through his rabbit when Clear landed near him. He hissed and jumped back, all poofed out. When he seen it was a cat he calmed a bit but went and sat next to his rabbit. He flicked his tail back and forth, eyeing the cat. 'ts okay. I understand why you thought I was a mouse. I'm not exactly big. His big amber eyes took in the massive cat that was Clear. (Well, compared to Starkit, everyone was rather massive)

Clear just shook his head, fur still fluffed out with fear. "No, no, not just that, I haven't eaten for some quite moons.." He knew he made no sense, but he didn't care. He sighed, and laid down, his gaze shifting to the ground.

Want some of my rabbit? I can't finish it all. Starkit looked up at the grey tom.

Clear shrugged, and looked at his paws, scuffling them. "This is your territory, no? I can't eat off of it, I know that for a fact.."

Starkit looked up at him from his rabbit. No. I'm a loner. My siblings and parents are gone so I'm wandering about. So, I guess you could share my rabbit. He shrugged.

Clear sighed, and took one little bite. He felt worried, looking in every direction just in case. He wasn't sure what he should do. "Thanks.. and really? I didn't have any siblings, and my mother and father.. kinda.. .. left."

Starkit smiled at the tom. Yeah. Momma told me to hide one night and she never came and got me. Dad was never around and I never seen my siblings, again. He shrugged.
Guess I could be called a loner. He flicked his tail around, looking about for anything and anyone.

Clear just stood there, quite bored. He looked at Starkit, his tail tip twitching. "Why are you so kind to me?" He didn't quite know this, for he was still pretty much a kit, well not really, but he acted like one.

Clear sighed, and scuffled his paws. He didn't really want to eat anymore, nudging it back towards his direction. "Have the rest." He got up, and shook his pelt, pacing back and forth.

Starkit grabbed the rabbit and drug it back over to himself, finishing it off in just a few large bites. He drug the carcass into a deep marshy hole and buried it in. It would resurface after a few rains and some scavanger would come pick off it.

Clear was still pacing, thinking that he was in a bad area. "I shouldn't be here." He paced even faster, his tail lashing back and forth. He was worried, it being shown in his flicking of his ears.

Starkit added out of the bushes and stared at him. If you shouldn't be here then leave. No ones stopping you. he said. He was rather bored, and his tone showed it.
