Bluewillow and her mother Goldenfur were out hunting together.

"I'm really happy for you Bluewillow. Really I am." Goldenfur mewed admiringly.

"Don't push yourself honey. Fate has a good strong hand with these things."

"Mother! Its not like you didn't push yourself!" Bluewillow said, smiling.

"Oh shh!" she said.

"You were so young when you-" Bluewillow was drowned by Goldenfur for a moment.

"So was my mother Blue-" Goldenfur looked at her firmly.

"I can judge for myself, I know that-" Bluewillow said, rolling her eyes.

"-Bluewillow I'm serious! If you-" Goldenfur said seriously.

"for me and nothing can take that away-" Bluewillow moaned.

"I'm telling you, Leaf-bare you MUST be cautious!" Goldenfur said sternly.

"Like you weren't. 'I love Firefur, hes so sweet and hansome, I'm gonna-'" Bluewillow yapped.

"Don't mock me Bluewillow!" Goldenfur in a flat tone.

NeedleHeart let out a chuckle, padding over to them. She glanced at the two she-cats.

"I wish to see Rainpaw."

She said this, cold rotting through her gritted teeth.

Her tail lashed back and forth.

Bluewillow arched her back and hissed, "Needleheart! Don't have enough Territory?!"

Froststorm was concealed in leaves, high above the three she-cat. His icy blue eyes gleamed as he watched his plan move along. He had waited too long, but now Needleheart was carrying through. He remained still and quiet in the topmost branches of the oak, surveying and waiting for a moment to intervene. As if his Clanmate could hear him, he directed his thoughts toward her. Feel free to kill them, they're not important. We wouldn't want witnesses anyway...

Goldenfur came beside her daughter and put her tail across her shoulders. "Calm down sweetie!" Then she store at Needleheart coldly. "But she has a point! We are going to either escort you off or chase you off!"

Stoneheart walked into the clearing. He saw Needleheart and growled. He put himself between Neddleheart and Bluewillow. He knew all to well what was happening, they had come for Rainpaw, come to kill him and Mousefur. "Needleheart I suggest you leave. You and whoever else I smell is out numbered.", he growled again.

Bluewillow looked at him admiringly, Then looked at Goldenfur and nudged her. Then back to Needleheart. "Stupid Riverclanner! What will your clan think if your slinking around anothers clan's territory?!" she taunted.

NeedleHeart stared at them, and let out a hiss.

"Our Medicine Cat's need him, obviously! Be nice for once!"

Her eyes stared at them.

"They have terrible news, but our clan is becoming too.... sick to let the medicine cats go, so I offered."

Her eyes narrowed, tail lashing back and forth.

"They need to speak with him."

She sat down, trying not to swipe at their muzzles.

Stoneheart scowled at her. "Riverclan is not our problem. Fix your own illness.", he hissed. He turned to Goldenfur and Bluewillow. "Let's go", he said.

Goldenfur shook her head, "I don't know why you think were stupid! You's never admit your clan is sick Needleheart! And we have a Medicine cat called Dappledleaf too. If you really had news it'd be for her!" she said coldly.

"It isn't my fault that our medicine cats wish to speak with RainPaw. They might want to welcome him, ever think of that?"

"Plus, you guys might have trouble as well."

Riddlehawk heard a commotion and padded towards it, Thunderclan's scarred deputy calmly moving through the underbrush. He came upon Bluewillow and Goldenfur, along with Stoneheart. And across from them was Needleheart. He sighed, shaking his head. What's with all the bickering? He asked, looking at all of them. He nodded to Needleheart. It's nice to see you again, Needleheart. How are things in Riverclan? he asked her calmly.

Bluewillow padded beside him, purring slightly and smiling. "Come on' Mother. Lets go!"

Goldenfur didn't move, "No, I want to escort Needleheart off our territory, I'll catch up."

NeedleHeart cursed under her breath, looking at RiddleHawk.

"I came to get RainPaw, our medicine cat's wish to see him. These cats won't let us escort him to them."

Her eyes narrowed.

"Will you let us escort RainPaw to our Land, to see our Medicine Cats?"
