Tanglestar stormed into the clearing followed by her warriors. She jumped onto the high rock and called for a clan meeting. She was angry and some changes in the clan had to be made.

Bluewillow padded into camp with Goldenfur leaning on her. Blood still dripped from a wound as she sat down to watch the clan meeting. She was ashamed of herself. How could she let herself get beaten? Bluewillow sat beside her, nuzzling into her mothers fur.

Dappledfrost padding into camp with Riddlehawk, Mousefur spread across their backs. "My den," she mewed, leading the warrior towards it without disrupting Mousefur. Once inside the medicine cat carefully laid the warrior in one of the nests and went into her storage to fetch all the marigold she had. StarClan knows I'll need it tonight. But tonight was also the half-moon. I pray they'll visit me tonight.

Flairheart was with Mossflower when he heard the call for a meeting. He sprung up and walked over to the rock sitting beneath it. His leader looked utterly furious. He wondered what this was all about. Had Starclan sent a message of some sort? was something the matter? He decided to wait while the other cats got settled in.

Hazelthorn dropped the rabbit on the prey pile and walked towards the meeting he looked up at his leader and saw anger which surprised him. He shook his head and sat waiting for the meeting to start.

Bluewillow nosed Goldenfur and she led her to the Medicine cat den. "Dappledfrost. Goldenfur needs to be seen to after Mousefur." she mewed.

Mousefur sat up weakly. "Riddlehawk are you theer did we win?", she asked.

Dappledfrost nodded. "'right, I will. Just lay er down in one of da nest." Her words were muddled together as she chewed the marigold. Once she was through she spit it out on a dock leaf.

Riddlehawk nodded and laid down Mousefur. I don't know. he said, licking her cheek. I'll be right back. I promise. he said. He ran to where Tanglestar sat, his gold eyes worried. Dappledfrost had said that Mousefur would live but he was still very very worried. He sat down, the big tom flicking his tail anxiously.

Goldenfur sat down in a nest and watch Mousefur with regret. "I should have stayed, but It hurt so much!" she mewed. "But I should have fought anyway!"

Bluewillow looked to Mousefur "we didn't win Mousefur..." she mewed.

Redfeather poked her head out of the nursery and watched Tanglestar. One of her kits nudged her and she looked down. "No Ashkit, mommy needs to watch Tanglestar."

Talonclaw looked around and saw cats gathering. He ran up and sat down.

StarEyes limped into the clearing with Moonshine. The sisters sat down, StarEyes looking towards Tanglestar. The blind she-cat stared into space, her sister beside her.

Riddlehawk nodded to the two, turning his gold eyes back towards Tanglestar.

Tanglestar sat up and began her speech. "Quite frankly I am ashamed of my warriors. I fought with a few of my clan mates but the dismal few were not able to defend our clan. I hope Starclan are not anger by my poor excuse of loyal warriors. Why did none of you fight in the battle", she asked her question intended toward the warriors who had run or never even come to defend their territory. "Your failure to defend us has almost cost Mousefur her life. Even Rainpaw fought more bravely then you did and for that Rainpaw is relieved for the day of his training and apprentice duties as the warriors that did not fight clean out the nursery and make sure the camp is safe. Divide into two groups and get to work. And send out a patrol and put up new scent markers going around Sunningrocks as they are no longer ours.", she sighed and then watched her clan mates disperse. She could not trust her warriors for now ..they would have to work hard to regain her trust.

Dappledfrost sighed and shook her head as Tanglestar's words made their way into her den. If I was a warrior, maybe I could have helped.. But my place is here, to take care of the wounded. She then began to spread the poultice on Mousefur's wounds.

Riddlehawk nodded to Tanglestar and turned to go back to Dappledfrost's den, the big tom moving with a limp. He was scratched up but he was more worried about Mousefur.

CowSpot walked out, for he didn't really hear about the battle. Nor did MoonShadow padding out as well. They both looked at each other confused, and shrugged.

CowSpot looked at his paws, and scuffled them.
