Twilightwing finally stopped at the river before looking around, it seemed quiet here. Yet knowing her luck something was going to happen. Pausing she spotted a fish and sat back in an odd crouch before diving into the water.

Unfortunately, Rainpaw had been so caught up in trying to win, he hardly heard the others leave. His eyes were trained on a rather large squirrel, at least it looked huge to this apprentice. He slunk forward, keeping low to the ground to not be seen, watching his intended prey intently. But, right at he moved to pounce, a twig snapped somewhere nearby and the squirrel was gone. Rainpaw growled and his ears flattened. "Crowfood!" He spat in disappointment, standing up. "Riddlehawk, if that was you, that wasn't fair. I had that.....squirrel. Guys....?" He looked around and found himself completely alone in the quiet forest. 'Where did they go?'

CowSpot suddenly paused, and looked at the other cats. He counted, and noticed one cat was missing.

"Oh no! Not again!"

He muttered, racing back to where they once were. He looked around, looking for RainPaw. He spotted him, and ran up to him.

"RainPaw, follow me!"

He turned, and dashed off, but seemed to get lost. His eyes went wide, and flooded with fear.

He clenched his eyes closed.

Twilightwing finally emerged from the river, holding a large fish. Shaking her head she paused to double count the numbers. Two cats were missing. Growling she glared at the others. "Stay here, i'll go get the two." Taking a deep breath she tore off in the direction Cowspot had went. Once she got back to the clearing she sighed, outskirting whatever was in the bushes and running in the direction the tom had went. At least she remembered to use her nose. Finally she came upon the two. "Ever think to use your sense of smell?"

The tom was surprised to her TwilightWing behind them. Since he was surprised, he shot right up in the air. He landed on his feet, but now he did not want to say a word, too nervous.

He stared at her, and sighed. His ears flattened against his head, his gaze now at his paws, waiting for them to go before taking the rear.

Rainpaw blinked as Cowspot suddenly appeared and told him to follow. "Wait....why?" He asked as he watched the tom start to take off, staying where he was. What was the big deal? Soon Twilightwing came too and he frowned. "I have been using it, I was hunting till one of you scared off my prey! What's with you guys anyway, I thought we were competing." He said, glancing between the two. And where was his mentor?

Twilightwing frowned before replying. "We'll explain later, just follow me." She then turned to Cowspot. "All warriors would've made the same mistake. Don't beat yourself Cowspot."

CowSpot stared at her, and sighed. He glanced at RainPaw and TwilightWing, and stayed back behind for a bit. He wanted to make sure it was safe, before taking off, not only that, he wanted a few minutes to being alone.

When they were out of sight, and no enemies were around, or anything that was hunting them, he took off, following the scent this time.

I should blame myself, I have let my Parents die, I made BluePaw get captured.. ugh.
