Riddlehawk looked around at the camp. He was still nursing his injuries on his own, not wanting to bother Dappledfrost while Bluepaw was still injured. He could wait. He watched the hustle and bustle, licking his paw. It was healing rather nicely but it still hurt to put too much pressure on it. He flicked his tail out of boredom, watching the cats pass by on their errands and things.

Twilightwing had just come back from hunting, and had dropped off her kill in the pile. Looking around she tried to figure what else she could do. Finally she spotted Riddlehawk and decided to check on him. Padding over she paused a few feet away. "How are you doing Riddlehawk?"

Riddlehawk looked up. "I'm doing pretty well, Twilightwing. Thanks for asking. he said with a smile. He flicked his tail back and forth. He watched her, a smile never leaving his face. Twilightwing had always been nice to him so he was inclined to be nice back. Why act like a jerk to those who actually care? He never saw the point in that.

Twilightwing nodded, at least someone here was content. With Lurkclan around nobody seemed to be themselves anymore. Shifting her gaze she glanced around the camp. "Things would be a lot nicer around here if Lurkclan wasn't around."

Y'know. Everyone says that but if you think about it they're all just fighting for something they believe in. We just think of them badly because they're fighting for what we have, and we just don't wanna give it up. Riddlehawk said. He looked at her with a solemn look.

Twilightwing nodded in agreement. She had never thought of it that way. "But what do they actually believe in?"

Bettering their lives. Making sure that their future kits will have enough food. The same we strive for. Riddlehawk said with a shrug. They're hated because they aren't like us. They're just a bit diffrent, thats all.

MoonShadow had overheard, and padded towards them. She nodded to both of them.

"Plus, we kinda are hogging for food, or something.. I mean, aren't we? I mean, we aren't, but for loners and rogues, we kinda are.. You know?"

"If you think about it, we are extremly greedy. There is enough prey here for four times our number and no one will let Lurk Clan or Loners hunt on their land." Riddlehawk said, his gold eyes looking between them.

MoonShadow nodded slightly. Her tail swished side to side, with her black ears flickering back and forth.

"But what could anyone do about it? But hey, it's what we believe in, what we adapted to."

Twilightwing shook her head in dissagrement. "The loners and rouges have their own beliefs they wouldn't accept any of our territory to hunt on. The all live on the neutral territory and they are too proud to accept anything else."

MoonShadow scuffled her paws.

"Well, Maybe. I heard there was a loner out there, who travels on everyone's territory. Dont' remember the name, and not sure on what name. I heard the loner was a tom though."

Riddlehawk's eyes flashed with recognition before he concealed it hastily. He also knew there was a new loner who would be coming through soon. A she-cat named Violet.

MoonShadow's ears flicked about.

"I haven't met the loner yet. But, do you guys know if it is true or not?"

Twilightwing nodded her answer, thinking about the glimpses she had gotten. "It's true. But I've heard he wouldn't harm a fly. I doubt he's a danger to us."
